Food is ok. Just noticed there was an extra charge on my credit card today. As far as I know, what I sign to pay for on the check is what I'm supposed to be charged.
My receipt said $6.67. Looking at my credit card account, it says $8.01. They're giving themselves automatic tips without asking you or you knowing about it. This is against the law. Both my boss and I got charged the same way with the same rate. I thought maybe there was supposed to be some atm fee. My boss reminded me. No! The atm fee responsibility is on the vendor.
Maybe an error was made on the cashier? No. Looking at my receipt, it said $6.67. Up front it looks legit. They're taking out tips "after the fact" without you giving consent. I never agreed to pay the extra difference up to $8.01. Food isn't bad. I would have paid had the price been as such. What they're doing is not right. Pretty sure it's illegal. Looking at my account, the previous day I ordered the same thing plus a can of sprite. It came out to $10.67. $4.00 for a can of sprite? I also didn't tip(I'm a cheapskate.)
I tipped today $1.00 today though. It should have come to $7.67 what's with the extra $.34? None of it seems much for what they're doing but it's the principle. If you look at my bank record and my receipt, you can see the time and the amounts. I'm not going back. Food is only mediocre at best. I only went bc my boss likes them.

Told the incompetent woman who answered the phone that i didn't want my sub on bread (allergic to flour) and to please put it in a bowl. She repeated my order and said "okay, great, be there in 30 mins". Cool. I got bread...not a huge deal. Called back, asked for a new order or a refund. The female manager vouched for a new order. Cool. I told them i had to leave because i was traveling around the city for work and that they could leave the new food so my manager would put it in the fridge. Not once did she say leave the old food. They arrive with a small togo bowl with almost half the meat and wrong veggies that was on the bread. My coworker informed them i left and they said "we need the old food". Im sorry but if the order is wrong, and i physically can't touch or fix it then I'm trashing it. So i told them don't worry about the refund. I got hung up on BY THE MANAGER lol I was never given an apology or any kind of customer service from these bottom shelf people. Guess I'll have to find a new philly spot in the RVA...one with a person that knows how to take...
Read moreThis place is ridiculous. I ordered online and and the page keeping kicking me out. I called the store and the gentleman said he was starting to work on the order. Before hanging up he tells me the drivers share the tips. I'm like what the world I gave a tip. So I just ignored it. So I receive the food I ordered boneless wings and got wings with bones. The other order of chicken wings and the ones that was supposed to be boneless were fried so hard that you couldn't eat them. I called to see if they would correct this. How about this guy says I can send you some boneless wings but the other one I can't do anything about. He said this because my son tried to eat 2 of them. It was a no go and threw those 2 away. So I asked him are you telling me you're not going to replace the 15 wings? He said no but I can replace the boneless wings. I told him don't bother I'll post a good old yelp review.
