Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

It's kinda hard to answer theses questions. We kinda had drinks. I ordered a water and got a beer, my boyfriend ordered an old fashion and the waitress offered to put Pepsi in it. We ordered artichoke dip, a 12oz steak with Mash potatoes, and Broccoli. My boyfriend ordered a Cajun salmon dish she asked if he was OK with mashpoatatoes and Broccoli as well. He said yes. It's valentines day so we understood the wait. Finially asked about our appetizer and she said "oh yeah your onion?" We said no it was artichoke dip. She left and we noticed the table next to us was having problems too, they had two tickets and just getting a third. Waitress came back and asked what we ordered again said she lost the ticket. I start to tell her my order and she says with Fries right? I said no mashpoatatoes and Broccoli and she replied " it only has one side." I said oh you offered us both mashpoatatoes and Broccoli earlier. She said " I don't know what you saw or heard ma'am but that not how it's served." We Finially decided it was enough and asked to just pay for the drink and the dip which was just getting to table. She got mad... let me repeat that SHE got mad... and said don't worry about it you can just leave. We offered to pay again at the hostess desk and she sweetly said not to worry about it. Absolutely crazy experience. So now we are at Red Robin down the hill with great costumer service and no problems with...

Went to applesbee’s for dinner. My friend arrived at 6:30 was seated (never greeted). I arrived at 6:40 and another friend shortly after. Server came and took our drink order. She informed us it was her second day. I didn’t think much of it, but said okay. Twenty minutes went by and we flagged down the busser to please get our server so we could order. She came over took our order and still didn’t have our drinks. We waited another 10 minutes and asked the busser to please tell the server to get our drinks. Mind you the two kids had smoothies and adults had mixed drinks. They basically died at the bar after 30 minutes. I finally got up and walked over to our server and explained to her we were leaving. I felt really bad but after 40 minutes with no drinks, asking twice, and also having to ask to order as well, it was enough.

Our server was clearly struggling and probably needed way more training before being on the floor. Another table beside us kept looking around for her as well at points. I never saw anyone help her or a manager come out once. The fact that our drinks sat up at the bar for so long and no one noticed and helped her out is mind boggling, or that a manager never noticed at table sitting with no water or drinks for 30-40 minutes is wild. The service is always lackluster their , but last night...

It was my birthday and we wanted to go out and have a nice dinner... that nice dinner quickly turned into when can we leave. Our server Monique C(what our reciept said. She didn't tell us her name) was not existent and when she was around she was EXTREMELY RUDE! Rolling her eyes had a rude tone like she didn't want to help us. The hosts were amazing so friendly and the other server whose name is alyssa helped us a lot, when our server was walking around on her cell phone, was extremely nice! Now our food only issue was we got pasta and it was just dry noodles with dry chicken on top when we asked for more sauce just on the side to add to it 1.she gave attitude when we asked 2. It took about 5 minutes to get. Another issue i had just got my water i ordered and again another server helped get me a new one because my cup was dirty and had a bug floating on the top. And we were brought lemons with our water and there was chicken on the lemons. We were not a needy bunch at all and didn't ask for much besides a side of ranch and extra sauce for our pasta which we got charged for although she clearly saw our pasta had none! Anything else minor we needed we asked someone else who was actually around. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here it was by far the worst experience I've ever had and I will never return to...
