Arby's — Restaurant in Riverdale

Employees and manager also very rude. Made a mistake in our order while getting our order and we corrected him politely but and then said we were screaming at him while talking slightly louder to make sure he could hear us clearly. When we got to the window and we were double checking to make sure he fixed the mistake and another employee said to us "yeah like you need to ask you heard it like 5 times." Even though we didnt. Then we got the manager, turns out the person taking our order was also the manager. He was extremely unprofessional and rude and before we realised he was the one who took our order we told him about the rude behavior and he then acted as though he didn't care and would allow it to continue because he was part of the problem and was perpetuating the rude behavior himself. I will not come back to this...

I really love Arby's but haven't loved this location. They don't allow in restaurant dining so you have to use the drive through. Every time through has been very slow. I try to not compare them to McDonald's because they aren't the same as far as speed. Even then, it took nearly 7 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Once we got our food we were missing an item. Because it took so long to get through the line I almost didn't go back around to the drive through again but I did. Fortunately I didn't have to wait to get to the order microphone and explain that they forgot an item. They had us pull around to a door and they quickly fixed the problem with no questions asked.

There are 2 other Arby's within about a 5 minute drive. I might save that time by going to one of those locations...

After a long day of air travel on a Saturday night, my wife and I wanted to get some thing quick so we could eat at home. We stopped by Riverdale location and wanted to order a roast beef sandwich and a French dip sandwich with some chocolate shakes at 11:20 pm. The gentlemen at the window informed us that they were out of roast beef and the shake machine was broken. I politely said thanks and pulled around to exit the parking lot and as I drove past the teller window I noticed that he was balancing the register in an effort to close. Had he been honest and told me the were closing down I would not be writing this review, plus I was under the impression that this restaurant was open...
