DON'T EAT HERE!!!! Let me start by saying the only pleasant part of ordering from this Domino's was the Dr. Pepper, only because whoever works there didn't make it. The first pizza slice stuck to the cardboard. I have never seen that before (that was not a good sign). It was undercooked and the worst part of the pizza was the sauce. I have no idea what was in it but it tasted like cleanser or soap, or maybe a bodily fluid, who knows. With the standard quality of that pizza,, who knows what these people are capable of, but good decisions is defintely not on that list (please, bring on the robots). I assumed it could be just that slice, nope. Second one was just as bad. Didn't finish the slices, or the pizza. As for the wings... how do you turn wing skin into a jelly? How is that even possible? I don't mean like they were fatty or greasy, I mean like squishy, slippery jelly. Like, scientifically, how do you turn wings into a jelly. I mean, just touching them was gross. I would call and demand my money back but I can almost guarantee they are fighting for every penny they can get and a refund was more than likely not going to happen. If I had to guess who cooked that food, I would say it wasn't a human because a human knows what food should look like. So, something like a refund would be as alien to them making whatever it was they made. With that kind of quality of food, there's no way they care about anything, like losing their job or giving refunds. I would say fire the manager but then it might get another job managing another place badly. Keep it here, so it, and it's employees, are affecting as few people as possible. I was in the navy and not even the leftover spaghetti tasted this bad. If trauma and sadness made a pizza, it would have come out like this "pizza" and those "wings". I can guarantee what papa johns throws away is better than what they tried to give to me. This "pizza and wings" could be put on a sci-fi show to demonstrate what an alien thinks humans eat. I would rather have 3D printed hamburger than what this Domino's heated up. I kind of wonder if they heated it up in a diesel engine. This was one (very tiny) step away from being India street food. There are few things in history more tragic than this food... the sinking of the Titanic, the JFK assassination, and maybe the plot to Twilight. The food they made should be served to prisoners. Nothing is more dissapointing than seeing a pizza box and it's filled with a round circle of hot consequences of someone else's bad actions. I am still baffled at how jellied the wings were. I SAY AGAIN, DON'T EAT HERE
I ended up just making a sandwich and drinking...
Read moreUpdate: 5/01/20 - Again everyone was very nice (though we needed to change something) and our order arrived before it was expected, set out exactly where we’d asked and exactly as ordered. Thank you for your hard work & the risk you take for all of us @home!
The service at this store is great and drivers are always very polite (and typically sweet and patient with my small kids who run to the door SO excited for pizza!) and deserving of a good tip. Anytime we order extras (i.e. Ranch, garlic dipping sauce, soda, plates...) they always make sure we have it. The ONE time we had a mistake (different pizza... probably swapped w/another order) they brought a new one AND had us keep the other. That cost them $ to make it right and they were great on phone & in person. Even when busy, they try hard and almost always get here a bit sooner than estimated.
Now, with COVID-19, I appreciate their “pie protector” seal to limit contact, the “contactless delivery” and they followed drop-off instructions perfectly. Driver arrived with mask and gloves (and when he saw kids peeking, through the window, made sure to wave hello).
Please know that drivers do NOT get part of the delivery fee (my eldest son delivered pizza when he first started college) and people can be INCREDIBLY rude & demeaning to these hardworking young women & men. Please tip well for their service!!! They are risking themselves to make sure we have a convenient and easy way to eat and though you may think “it’s not MY fault they don’t do in-person pickup” keep in mind it is NOT the driver’s fault either.
I say this as I live in a neighborhood where many (of us) are older - your/our grumpiness or disagreement with how a company does business, being grumpy at being stuck @home or anything else is NOT the fault of the kind soul bringing you food. Please be kind and respectful - they use their own cars (my poor son’s car smelled like pizza through 2 interior details!!!) and most are supporting themselves through school or taking on a second job to support self & family!
I don’t mean to sound “preachy” & sadly most who read reviews likely already know how to conduct themselves w/any service... just sad to see how many rude, entitled people there are that are mad at the world right now and inappropriately directing it at those working hard and risking exposure, while so many of us are...
Read moreI've ordered from this location a handful of times, and my experience was just awful, save for 1 or 2 past orders. I ordered pizza this evening, and 30 mins after the deliverer left the store with my pizza, I get a call from the him, saying he was lost. I gave him directions, and he finally showed up 20 mins later, with a cold pizza. The store is 4.9 miles from my house. I warmed it up in the oven for 5 minutes. I tried calling the manager 3 times, and the first 2 times, no one answered. The manager Raymond was not helpful at all, just very apologetic. "I'm sorry dude, that sucks". I know it does--I don't need you to tell me that. I ordered the pizza at 5:57, and got it at 7:20.
Last time I ordered carry out, the pizza was left sitting on the rack against the wall in the box, while I waited 20 minutes before they said "Oh, yours is done." Are you guys kidding me? The monitor in your lobby even said it was finished. I was left wondering what was going on. I'm never coming here again because there's always something like this involving inattentiveness resulting in long delays. It's just not worth it. Pull it together guys, seriously! Your store deserves the 2 star rating it...
