Words can’t describe the indignation I have for this Chick-Fil-A location. Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and ordered grilled chicken sandwich’s that were not cooked fully. After eating Chick-Fil-A for numerous years, our first instinct isn’t to check the food first before eating it. Unfortunately, we felt sick after eating the uncooked chicken and went back to the location to request a refund for our dissatisfaction. We brought everything that we ordered backed to the register to explain our experience. We come to find out the operator Jason Molinari doesn’t offer refunds even if there was an error with the restaurants food. Jenn, the manager that was on duty reiterated this to us and only offered to remake the food. After experiencing what we went through we didn’t feel safe eating anything else at this location (the reason we requested a refund). After going back and forth with Jenn, she prints out an insurance form that we had to fill out for an investigation on the situation and the insurance company will issue a refund. Jenn also explains that the insurance company will call us to get more details about what happen. The insurance company never gave us a call. We then called the corporate office to get ahold of Jason to understand this “policy”. Jason finally gives me a brief call hours later after leaving a message through corporate saying he will check the cameras to see if we brought the food back (in which we did) and give me a call back. Jason never gives me a call back for the rest of the day. After no communication from Jason, we return to the location to get more answers on why we weren’t allowed a refund after spending $37 and returning all of the food that we paid for. Luis (another Chick-Fil-A worker) says he will call Jason to see if he can personally process the refund. Jason then finally wants to speak to me again after saying he would call me back. He yells at me and says: “Why didn’t you call the insurance company to get your money back?” I explain to him that the manger Jenn informed me that the insurance company will call me and we were never provided a number to even call the insurance company. He yells and says: “You better leave the store now or we will be calling the cops!” I am astonished at how unprofessional he was over the phone and the tone he emphasized over the phone. I told him I just needed answers to why we couldn’t get a refund for the food we returned. He hung up the phone on me afterwards. We then left and put are next steps in place. We will be suing this store for food safety and for the money we lost at this Chick-Fil-A. I highly recommend not coming to this location. You will be dissatisfied will the quality and may not have your food fully cooked. And if so, you WON’T get a refund...
Read moreWhen I came to this chick fil à they were completely unorganized. At first it was smooth sailing I ordered my food with a young lady then pulled up, but I was met by another worker asking me what condiments did I want, I was very confused because I had all ready told the lady before what type of condiments I needed, even though I was confused I told him wanted ketchup, he then proceeded to go back to his station and bring me ketchup, ( I thought it was a little weird, like why not just give it to me in my bag with my food, but whatever). I finally make it to the window Where I am asked my name and giving my food from a working standing outside the window (by the way I had ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich meal with cookies and cream shake) I received my food and was told I could leave but I told them I didn't receive my shake, then the manger proceed to argue with me and tell me in didn't order one and to move along for which I was holding up the line, I then showed him my receipt and one of the worker got to making it (by the way the manger never formally apologized to me) But this wasn't the only time I have had a problem with this chick fil a, when I came back after a few a weeks of not going there for my chick fil a, I decided to go back and hope they had better manage meant, I when I arrived I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 2 cookies, I was then met with the same process as before but i received my food then came home, once I got home I and was ready to eat my food, but sadly I didn't get my order. I had got a chicken sandwich but it wasn't spicy and I didn't get my cookies I then had to drive back and...
Read moreSince the new operator took over in 2018 I have seen this location's service and quality of food decline. We ordered in app today and were surprised that they had eliminated curbside pickup entirely. You are forced in using the drive thru lanes (2 lanes being "make shift" lanes through the parking lot). We were directed into the inside make shift lane to pick up our order. I noted right away my concern that my truck could not negotiate that tight turn...someone else has already destroyed the concrete curb running it over previously. One of the staff tried to direct my truck into the outside make shift lane thankfully but all the sudden a woman who was later identified as the "shift manager" forced us into the inside lane. She was very rude when I said I couldn't negotiate the turn, she proceeded to block the entry into the outside lane for no reason, forcing me into the inside lane. I had to pull forward, put in reverse and then crank my steering wheel hard left to negotiate the turn and she dramatically acted offended.
Jason...your manager this afternoon (7/31/20 @1230pm...I know her name but will not publicly humiliate her) was poorly groomed, wearing an EXTREMELY FILTHY safety vest, and had a rude attitude. She definitely needs training all around especially on presenting herself in the Chick Fill A standards. There was no "my pleasure" today.
Regarding the food, we noticed right away your restuarant isn't breading the chicken like other Chick Fill A's are (not enough) and the fries were very salty. Poor quality food all around for having spent $50 at you establishment. I regret the entire...
