I went and got a kids meal because I had a surgery. I can’t eat that much, but I couldn’t believe that they gave me one piece of broccoli that they broke into three smaller pieces to make it look like there was three pieces, and when I asked him if I could just have one or two more pieces of broccoli, they didn’t want to do that for me the manager act like he didn’t know English. They’re all Mexicans that work there. I didn’t see not one black .white or any other race other than Mexican when I tried to complain about the issues, they started speaking to each other in Spanish so instead of just making the customer happy, they gave me a refund and don’t want me to come back I will be making a big ordeal with this with corporate first of all I feel discriminated because they spoke to me in another language because I’m Mexican doesn’t mean that I have to know Spanish and also on top of that they were very rude all that over broccoli I’m not going to pay almost 7 dollars for a small scoop of rice, one piece of broccoli and half a piece of chicken really people are taking a vantage of this inflation and Covid issues. The staff was friendly and they were promp taking our order and making the food. I found a little bone a few times in my chicken/beef plate. I assume this every time I eat meat. "You eat meat, you might get some bones!" The beef was a little dry. I usually frequent another location of Ono BBQ. This was my first time at this location. I might not return to this location, but I will continue to...
