I order a pizza and pasta at 11:03pm. App said it would be delivered in approximately 20-30 minutes. Pizza was delivered around 12:30am. Almost 1 1/2 hours. I called dominoes before delivery at 12:11am. And spoke with supposed manager on duty. He was very rude. Told me that it is what it is. Said I was incorrect on delivery time even though I had the email. Said there was nothing he could do. That I’m not the only one waiting for a pizza. I told him not to be disrespectful and to be professional and not to patronize me, that I understood that there were others in the delivery. And he said, “well it’s hard not to.”. I have never had a manager so rude. I have recorded the conversation. The manager also said he was wasting time on our conversation when he could be making pizzas. I asked for a refund and my pizza and he said no. Manager then proceeded to hang up on me after telling him the conversation was recorded. Conversation lasted about 4 minutes. Driver driver was very shocked and tried to inform me that the manager had to work while his wife was in labor. And I told him I was sorry for that but this is business and I did not deserve to be treated and disrespected in that way. Delivery driver gave me my food and apologized and said the food was on the house and that he was embarrassed and empathetic in the situation. Pizza and pasta arrived cold. Read moreTonight was the nail in the coffin. Whoever manages this store needs to be replaced with someone who’s capable of running it effectively and efficiently. Every single time I order from this place there’s no garlic butter on the crust like there’s supposed to be UNLESS you request none. They never cut the pizza or are using dull pizza cutters. I never complained because it wasn’t THAT big of a deal. Tonight I placed an order at 6:29 PM, it didn’t get delivered until 8 PM. I called the store at 7:27 PM to get an update then coincidentally after speaking with the CSR, the driver was on their way. It’s like I had to remind them about my order? I know Domino’s get’s busy, I used to work at one but really? Then Robert the delivery driver delivers my order to the wrong apartment, he stops and I’m waving at him to come to me and he just drives off. I had to call the store again, they notified him, he came back and went to the apartment I saw him deliver to, I had to literally wave him down to stop and explain to him I needed my order. He proceeded to ask what my order was before handing it to me without even apologizing. Read moreThis place does not deserve any kind of nothing. God is my witness i do not leave reviews but this place has up and done it. I placed my order online at work, paid for it with a tip on top of what is already charged for the one who is delivering. I had it made in advance so i would be able to sit and enjoy it without rushing.The driver left the place at 6:25 at 6:55 still not pizza. I kept checking my phone for calls. We have a security guard that will jabber us and let us know our food is being delivered. I left instructions on how to get to building. When you pull in come straight to the bck. which brings you right to the front of the building and i'm in the building right behind it. It is not hard. I finally called the store and DAN told me the guy came could not get into the building which is a straight out lie. And i was told they called me which was another lie. Some reason the phone went dead. I called back and i said " I really hope your not the one that hung the phone up" and he said bahahahahahah, and he lied once again.
