If I could give this zero stars, I would. That being said, the boy at the drive through window was very kind and had good customer service skills; however, the manager was incredibly rude. I did not like witnessing the way he was talking to the staff or the way he talked to me. My order was incorrect (missing bacon) so I walked back into Wendy’s to get the my order fixed. The manager began to loudly talk down and lecture me in front of all the staff and all of the customers in the dining room on what I ordered before looking at the receipt and before looking at the burger. He kept insisting that I got what I ordered … until he opened up my burger. He saw the missing bacon and said he’d make me a new one. No apology. No respect.
Wendy’s, you cannot afford to have employees like this running your stores this day in age especially when it’s so easy to go next door and get something fast without being publicly humiliated. I suggest some training in customer service and personal/public relations skills.
Ladies and anyone else who doesn’t like to be verbally condescended in public, spare yourselves, keep your dignity and go to Sonic next door until Wendy’s resolves this. There are lots of reviews like this for this store and this manager. I know I’m not...

New employee at register didnt understand that he is responsible for filling green tea orders..or that a differnt price is to be charged. When I noticed it was not dispensed through the customer counter and asked for help, Javier the manager harrassed in the most rude way acting as if i had not paid for it ( had reciept in hand, and showed him) and yet he was still spouting off as if it was the customer's fault.. What?? And he's the manager. Thank goodness for the manager Maria who was managing the new hire, understood immediately what happened and quickly resolved the simple matter. Maria is good with customer service, training new employee, and overseeing the floor. She was attentive, to many situations going on and doing it well with genuine smiles. There was a long line when I went there tonight, so of course I got on my phone like I usually do...of course this leads to me not moving up sometimes when I'm suppose to...anyway when I get up to the window some kid askes me if I'm okay?? And not like a nice vibe "how are you doing?" but literally in a questioning tone...I replied yes are you okay?? He then proceeds to tell me I was taking to long to pull up. He has a point, but that is terrible customer service regardless. I told him I was on my phone and he replied "well you're not supposed to be on your phone". At this point I get sarcastic and ask him where his badge is at. Stay in your lane kid, it's a Wendy's drive thru not a DUI check point. Interesting...
