They got my order wrong yesterday at the drive thru. Called the store when I got home talked to a gal by the name of Valerie. Explained the mix up and she took my name and said they would get me the right order if i could come back. i was not able to go back then and said i could tomorrow, she said that would be fine. When i went in today, i had the worst visit i could never of imagined! 1st: stood at the counter, no "hi" or "be with you in a moment"...nada! when the older lady came to register, with a scowl on her face, i told her what happened, she informed me i should of asked for the manager and grudgingly said she would give it to me this 1 time. then said again about the manager part....well i felt like a fool and that i did something wrong. the lady with thick accent treated me like i was trying to rip them off! Valerie might of informed me wrong but she had a pleasant way of handling the problem...lady today never said they were sorry for getting the order wrong...maybe she needs to tell her "clerks", as she calls them, how it's suppose to be handled. NOT treat the customer like we should of known to ask for the Manager because clerks have no authority to do so! this was the worst experience i ever had...will NOT go back. if she was the manager, i sure feel sorry for her employees and other customers that still go there....will end this by saying...I'm sorry you gave 1 cheeseburger, 1 dbl, 10 nuggets and a filet o fish, when my order was a qtr pounder and filet o fish...I'm sorry i did not order what you gave me...my fault i was treated like today. p.s. the parfaits keep gettkng smaller an smaller, maybe 2...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst McDonald's location I've ever visited. The drive thru wait on for a Thursday evening was incredibly slow. 4-5 cars from the window and it took roughly 25 minutes. The lady that took my order was utterly unprofessional, don't get me wrong I'm not asking for 5 star gourmet restaurant customer service, but decent customer service would be greatly appreciated. As we get to the window, none of the workers viewed from the drive thru window were wearing a mask. There is still a global pandemic going on and this McDonald's location isn't following their own COVID19 Safety Precautions. I wonder what other health and safety standards they skip over. There was an older African American woman gossiping in the back(no mask on), she was so intrigued by small talk, she could've been using her time wisely and assisting with orders. The lady that took my payment and handed me my food had no mask on and was snappy for no absolute reason. Unnecessary rude customer service while taking my order now another employee rude at the window? As I was driving off one of our drinks felt emptier than the other, I proceed to open the lid and they only filled up my drink 3/4 full. I thought the McDonald's drive thru soda machines have preset cup size button? This broad couldn't press the right size? The drive thru trash can was overflowing, this just shows the lack of management this McDonald's has. On a final note, my food tasted weird and uncooked. Disgusting! If in Rockport or live near this location, I HIGHLY do not recommend this...

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES, besides one. People were just sitting in the drive through with their windows up. One finally got out and just kept talking and talking in the drive through. I went around only for one employee just to stare at me. Then the other ignored me for a while and finally came over and asked if the order she was saying was mine. I said “no” and gave them my order code. She said something on “let me guess, you jumped the line. everyone keeps jumping the lines. i have all these orders, you’re gonna have to go around and get back in line”. Her tone was VERY RUDE. I ended up parking to go inside to see if someone else could help me. The workers were just complaining. They saw me and kept walking past me and never stopped to help. There was a line behind me as well. They were talking about how everyone was being so rude and how people keep staring, talking about me.. Of course, I’m going to be looking waiting for someone to help me.
An employee came in, what seemed to be the start of their shift. They helped me. Super nice. They tried to look for my order and the rude lady from before said “no, she has to go through the drive-thru”. I told the worker what happened and that they were very rude and I asked if I could have a refund. They went back to look for my food one more time and said “I don’t know what they did with your food”. The nice worker proceeded to give me a refund and said sorry.
