Donut Station — Restaurant in Rockwall

Wow, such great customer service at this location! I think that they people working here really care about whether you have a good experience or not. I stopped in here this morning to pick up 3 dozen donuts for the office, and the man behind the counter did a great job at making sure that each dozen had a mix of all different types. When I went to pay for the donuts, he actually put an extra one in a bag for me for no additional charge! I ended up eating that donut on the drive to the office, and can say it was so delicious! The donut was light and fluffy, and had great flavor. The frosting was creamy and soft. It's not everyday that we get sweet treats at the office and when we do, it is nice to know that it is such a high quality product. This place is going onto my list for future trips! I was just in there 5/7 at 10:10 am, I was placing my order and thanking a WW2 Vet for his services, and in the corner of my eye I saw the guy drop a doughnut hole on the ground. I saw him looking around to see if anyone saw him. I didn't say anything and I was walking out and right before I was out the door I looked back as he picked it up and threw it back on the tray where all other doughnut holes were. I asked him to throw it away and he said why. I told him why and he said I was a liar. He said that he did not drop anything on the ground and that I was lying. I argued with his saying that I saw him and then his wife's yelled at him in their language and he took the hole and put it in the back. I don't know if he threw it away or not...

this place is great. the donuts are absolutely delish and i always find myself craving them when i wake up. wish that my wife could make donuts like you guys do! ya'll need to figure out how to deliver donuts because i want them...
