Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rockwall

The employees at this store, in particular the delivery drivers and managers, have a complete disregard for safety. A delivery driver was observed blatantly running through multiple stop signs and speeding through a residential neighborhood at night where many families with kids live. When confronted, he said his driving habits are none of my concern and immediately began to act in an unprofessional manner. After contacting the General Manager (Phillip Williams) and the Area Manager (Wayne Brewster), neither of these individuals thought it was worth addressing. The irresponsible actions and general attitude towards unsafe behavior appears to be perfectly acceptable to the franchise Owner and Management of this particular store. If they are willing to quickly dismiss this safety concern, what other safety matters are they ignoring. This reflects poorly on the Owner of the store and the Pizza Hut brand. I am sorry....but no pizza is worth this risk. I strongly encourage others to consider ordering pizza from a company that actually...

You know , I can’t complain about the food or the service personally, from the last few times I ordered.... but tonight I just have had enough and could not stand the web site and the mobile app at longer it’s been over a year like this !!?!! It’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable!!! You can’t even leave a complaint on the web site because it’s so jacked up!! No one ever answers the phone here because I am sure they are busy on the phone , because corporate has had some completely incompetent idiots develop the mobile app and website , so customers are forced to call ..... I literally can’t view the menu online .... I just gave up called dominos downloaded the app made my order and it all worked...

I placed an order on 7/14/2022 I received an email confirmation as well as the tracker update that my order was received and in the oven. My order NEVER arrived. This is the the second time this has happened with no explanation, no phone call from the store NOTHING. This is highly unacceptable and extremely disappointing. When I realized that my order wasn’t coming I tried to reach out to the store but it was closed. Management or the store needs to do better with communication and let customers know if their orders want be delivered instead of having the customers waiting on something that’s not coming.
