Be Aware Dishonest Store & Combatative Staff
Burly store Clark refused to honor a store coupon offering free Aguadito Chicken & Cilantro Cup of Soup with a purchase of regular priced entree. The reason? Because the order was online. Says have to be in store or phone order. Read the fine print there was no mentioning disqualifying online order.
This is a dishonest and rude restaurant. I was dumb founded they would treat customers that bad. Must be desperate to profit even at the risk of getting a bad review. It’s bad karma there. Chicken Maison down the road is a long established place with better food, better price, better karma. This place smells of reaping profit at customers cost.
P. S. after reading other customer reviews here, it is evident to me this place is penny pinching: many customers complained they charged a dollar for a ‘green sauce’!!! Wow… that is akin to you get charged for asking a salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Go figure.
NOT going back for sure. Will patronize El Pollo Inka in the same mall for about the same price but better food and service.
This place is disgusting.
12/14/21. Call credit card company file a dispute today. Got money back. Will not patronize this dishonest...

The concept of this restaurant is you pay first and then they serve your food. There is a fountain drink machine so you can get refills. The cashier who served us was patient and friendly. He explained the popular dishes, so I ordered a pollo saltado and my brother ordered a pollo a la brasa with garlic rice and fries. They have the utensils by the fountain drink machine, and they take the condiments like the aji sauce to the table.
Unfortunately, there is no bread with butter like other Peruvian restaurants. The pollo saltado comes with garlic white rice, peppers, onions, and tomato. If you order an entrée, then you can get a small cup of chicken cilantro soup. The food was delicious and hot. I didn't need to add any extra condiments and the aji sauce was just right, not too spicy. The restaurant was good, and the dishes are reasonably priced. You get restaurant quality food in a...
