Today is national burrito day. What better way to celebrate than getting lunch at Chipotle?! - Tried ordering through the app. Promo code was offered for free queso, "NBD2022". Entered code in the appropriate field. App errored out.

I thought, "No big deal, I'll just go to the store and order inside." Had them make my burrito, then asked for the free queso due to National Burrito Day. Crew said they have nothing to do with the app/online orders and it's only available on the app.

I showed them how the app was erroring. They couldn't care less. All they said was that the store has nothing to do with the app/online and they cannot do anything. - YOU'RE THE SAME COMPANY!!! - If the app isn't working properly, it should be expected that the store would have some sort of mitigation process.

Instead of good customer service, I got shrugged shoulders along with an i-dont-care attitude from multiple crewmembers. This is totally unacceptable. The queso is a side-issue at this point. The main concern is the lack of decorum and total disconnect between app/online business and physical location business. Again... YOU'RE THE...

I almost never review places even when I have bad experiences, but I felt compelled to share my review because of how bad my experience has been with this location recently.

The last time I went, I had to get into a dispute with the worker over an item that was supposed to be included in my meal. After that issue was rectified, I left with the order and realized that items that I had ordered and paid for had not been included. When I went back to request the items, the service treated me as a burden and were unapologetic.

I went again against my better judgement and this time I was charged for an item that I did not order or receive, and I found a piece of plastic in my meal.

I have had positive experiences with this location before, and these past two excursions were both at night, so I believe my issues are related to the night crew.

I’ve been in so many Chipotle restaurants in different cities and States during my road trips and my family and I always loved it, but this Chipotle it’s an embarrassment. I’ve ordered many time from here in and two occasions the portion of the bowl were decent and others not so much. I have previously been given frozen pieces of avocado , burned chicken, but today was a real shame. I ordered Lettuce veggies , tomatoes , guacamole etc and I got a bowl almost empty. The picture of the advertisement has nothing to do with what they sell. Isn’t this “ False Advertisement “? . On top of that the guy at the window was sarcastic and rude with a horrendous customer service, I don’t think this chipotle will last with a person like this dealing with customers.
