Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Roseville

I sat in my car for 13 minutes (I tried going inside 2 times but the door was locked) waiting for my order. The third time I got out of my car someone finally walked out with my order. The bag looked like it was tied and the employee handed it to me like it was, sadly it was not tied at all. The bag slipped out of my hand and I was barely able to catch it, but sadly the damage was already done. The employee gave a fake "sorry" on his way back inside and I walked back to my car. I backed up and the toppings for my fajitas slid off the top and then I noticed the top wasn't on at all. All of the fajita toppings spilled out in the bag and all over my front seat, between the seat etc. Pretty cool Chili's. I gave an $11 tip for terrible service, a loss of things I paid extra for and I even got to spend 15 minutes cleaning guacamole, sour cream and a bunch of stuff up inside my car. I certainly won't be be going back.

Update: My wife wanted Chilis so I reluctantly agreed. I regret it once again. First they want an $8.89 tip for doing literally nothing other than making me wait for service. I only gave them $5 due to my past experience. They deserve no tip because all she did, once she showed up to the counter was look at me with a confused look. I said I want to pick up my order and have her my name. She turned around grabbed it off the counter and handed it to me. I asked where my drink was. I told her it was probably the one that was next to the bag with my food. She gave it to me. I walked out the lid was not on properly so it fell off and I spilled about 1/4 of the drink. I get home, the Texas fries are inedible, the cheese is cold and I literally need to use a knife to cut the fries out. Not going to do that because they're cold and not good. My chicken sandwich was more of a salad since the entire thing came apart in the container. It's not bad tasting, but it's also cold. Also the reason that it's cold is because their automated system that tells you when it will be ready said 20 mines later than the time that I received the text message that it was ready. If I could put zero stars I would , yesterday was my daughter’s first homecoming and her and a few of her friends decided they wanted to go to dinner afterwards so I took them which was the worse experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. Me and another parent of the group sat at the bar while the kids sat together, at around 11:45pm the kids texted stating they still haven’t received there food (let’s not forget they close at midnight) I asked the waitress what was the issue she replied to me that they had gotten really backed up with orders which made no sense to me considering everyone in the restaurant was eating besides them, myself and the other parent had even seen people come in be seated eat and had left by then, I asked to speak to a manager he came out told me the same thing they were so backed up with online orders and that he’d be happy to cover the bill (which was only drinks) so he wanted the kids to leave after being there for 2hrs waiting on food no way, how does an online order come before people sitting in the restaurant after I got upset they began to bring the kids food out and what made things even worse (and I brought to his attention) I ordered boneless wings maybe 30mins before the kids texted about there food and those was even brought out before there food “but they were so backed up “ and the kids was told that they was out of wings needless to say I had to tell them we weren’t leaving until the kids had eaten and that there bill should be discounted for the terrible service they had received (and it was). This was by far the worst experience EVER and I will never go back to this location and I really feel like they treated them kids like that because one they were kids and thought they could tell them anything and two thought that they was alone and I don’t like that. The service was TERRIBLE never again will I take any business there!!!!! And online orders should NEVER be a priority over dine in orders overly crazy DO BETTER!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION NOR WILL...

We had the two for $25 dinner tonight (NOV '21). The food came out quick and the food was good. In fact the portions are huge and you will end up taking some home. The service started out really well and then the waiter was having a little trouble keeping up all in all a good experience. (DEC '21)....We went back again. The food and drinks came out fast, good flavors and plentiful. The server, Arianna, was very upbeat, spirited a good place. We went back Wednesday and had a late lunch on the $9 special which you cannot beat. Nicole was our waitress and she did an excellent job. The food is great..

and good at her job. I recommend getting the $5.00 margarita special with the meal - they are super. Only thing to improve is to clean up around the hostess station when you come in - no one wants to see the trash can overflowing and brooms etc stored there. Otherwise, a good place to eat! We went back Wednesday for a late lunch and it was perfect

Went back for an early dinner about 5:00 p.m. at this restaurant. We were seated quickly and had a really great waiter. No sooner than we put our drink and order in for food a different guy brought the drinks. Then the appetizers were brought by another person then the main courses came but the original waiter. They gave us fantastic service. Always checking the drinks and always checking to make sure we have plenty of chips and other stuff. We ordered off of the three for $10.99 menu. You can't go wrong. The place is always clean and organized and they have just mastered the service element. They haven't stung the public with the clown Gavin Newsoms CA high prices yet...
