So the girl at the register "Jasmine" wouldn't let me try any of the yogurt unless she got it for me herself. I can understand their policy but she was very sassy and rude about the way she spoke to me. Later I also watched her snatch the tester cups out of some guys hands when they tried to taste test the yogurts themselves. Before we came I called to make sure they closed at 11:00 since that is what google maps said, they said YES! But then told us we had to leave because they closed at 10, it was 9:58 and we haden't even finished our yogurt. Would'nt recomend coming here! Go to menchies, much nicer,...
Read moreFirst off, until I had gone there, I had no idea that there was a Rice Krispy yogurt. And not only that, but it actually tasted like one. Also, my boyfriend and I had just done two lazer tag sessions and having it right by the arena was a perfect way to cool down. And props to the guy who was working today around 4:00pm. He greeted us as we came in, talked to us while we were paying, and even checked on us after we had purchased our fro-yo. I didn't see a name tag, so I don't know his name. Read moreI used to be a regular at Crazy for Yogurt & Ice Cream, but my recent visits have left me quite disappointed. They used to offer small, tiny cups to test out flavors, but now these are hidden away. Additionally, the rewards program that I once enjoyed is no longer in place.
The space is quite small, making it difficult to navigate, especially when it’s crowded. To make matters worse, three of their single machines were out of service during my visit. With all these changes and inconveniences, I don't see myself coming...
