Ok so first this was my family's first time ever at Chili's!! My daughter recommended trying it for the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks so of course pets go try something new with the kiddos!! I can say they are big and spicy but not really a good flavored cheese stick. We then ordered our meals and unfortunately we got our food and took few bites and got boxes and paid the 140$ and left very disappointed. I recommend a new cook!! *Cajun chicken Alfredo - noodles were chalky , no Cajun about it hardly even alfredo flavored I absolutely do not recommend this at all!!!!! *Garlic butter mushrooms -plain no garlic. Can tell they were cooked in butter though. 4 Chicken tenders with fries came with side of white cheddar Mac and cheese which I can say was the best thing on the menu period! Chicken was rubbery and straight grease taste. Fries were alright. I can say if chicken was better the plate size is good for the price. *Chicken Bacon ranch quesadilla, was just different one bite of flavor but it's boring you can't continue to eat it! My 6yr old kids meal (which she chose 2 I can say it's nice each one comes with a side so kind of was a very good amount for just her! She was unhappy besides her corn on the cob and side salad! Her words " there is no sauce on on my cheese pizza" Her Mac and cheese I mean why over cook kraft and even put it on the menu! Now my husband's plate he paid 26$ for his triple fajita plate, steak chicken & shrimp he was so disappointed nearly cried he said was this out of a bag from the grocery store? He did have a salad w/ ranch and soup (baked potato) with that meal which he did like. I mean even ordered lemon water and got watered down lemonade. I didn't need the sugar I just wanted ice water with a slice of lemon. IV just never seen my family so highly disappointed and ready to just leave it there (of course we took it home in hopes someone in our big ole family would eat it for the cost we paid.)I just don't recommend this place at all!! I can post photos of all our full plates...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm so glad I went here to celebrate my belated 40th birthday, since we have limited resources for babysitters. They lost our reservations that we placed the night before, so we had to wait 25 minutes for our table. The waiters didn't know which table they were in charge of and started arguing about it right in front of us. It took over 10 minutes to get our strawberry lemonade from when we ordered them. After we received our drinks it took another 10 minutes before our waiter came back to get our order. They brought out the wife's soup quickly, but our appetizer took another 10 minutes. At this time I was finished with my drink and put it on the edge of the table for a refill before we received the appetizer. One of the 6 halves of the southwestern egg rolls was still frozen on the bottom, because it didn't make it all the way into the fryer. We then received our entrees in a timely fashion, but we hadn't received any silverware to eat it with. He had to go back and grab one because he only had one on him. We were halfway thru our entrees before he came back, and finally noticed my empty cup at the edge of the table. He then insisted on refilling it with water, but the wife and I corrected him and told him strawberry lemonade. He came back with those in a timely fashion. We finished our meals and went to go and pay, but there was no way to input my digital gift card manually a qr code was required. I then manually created one on the web so that we could pay and get out of there. This almost hour and a half long experience was truly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ended up at the South Lake Chili's due to the Fridays across the street telling us we had a 15 to 20 minute wait with empty booths and tables. Chili's was able to seat us right away. At first impression the setting was comparable to an average diner. We ordered two appetizers, the salsa and chips (free when signing up for their rewards through the app or online) and the appetizer trio which were both great although the salsa for the chips was not much better than a jar of El Paso salsa from a grocery store. The portions were enough to feed all 6 of us and honestly the appetizers alone are perfectly portioned if your having a few drinks at the bar. For dinner we ordered 5 different entree's. 2 burgers, 2 orders of fajitas, one 6oz steak and a chicken crisp kids meal. During our wait while eating our appetizers the manager came out apologizing for a delay on the food. If he didn't come out to say anything we wouldn't have ever noticed. We had been eating, talking and laughing that we didn't mind a few minutes wait and before we knew it the food came out hot and delicious. I had the Chicken, Shrimp and Steak Fajitas with corn tortillas. Everything was seasoned just right and we had an enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back, especially for their $5 Hennessy Margaritas. Thanks for making our night enjoyable and paying attention to your turn around time. It shows how you are truly on top of your game and trying to make sure everyone is having a...
