Very disappointing. We always have a great experience at every other hooters Iâve ever been to. We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for dinner. My partner has a service dog that she is literally in life threatening danger without. We weâre sat next to a very ignorant table and got comments such as âyou better not have a dog in hereâ and when we explained he was a service dog we weâre met with another snarky comment of âheâs not servicing meâ. All of which our server overhead and did not say a word to either us or the other table. We later found out that the other table was her family.
Eventually we got our food, the marinara for the mozz sticks was disgusting and absolutely nothing like whatâs usually presented at hooters. It seriously tasted bad like something was wrong with it. When we brought it up to her she said she couldnât do anything except âbring us a ranchâ and proceeded to show us the sauce from another table and said itâs just how theyâre coming out right now. I wouldâve preferred she just took them back and took them off our check but of course we got no offer for that.
The rest of the food was fine except that we never got refills even when the drinks were gone for the majority of our visit. Katie may have noticed if she wasnât too busy snuggling with her boyfriend one table over. Her son also dropped a yo-yo over into our booth multiple times while trying to look at our dog. Which is not his fault but the family members sitting with him should have not let this happen continuously. All this happened while the manager was watching aswell.
When Katie thought we had been here long enough she put a check on the table. Still no refills, no asking if we wanted the check, how we wanted it split, nothing. We wouldâve preferred to order desert but instead we just left.

Read moreI usually never leave reviews, especially being in the industry and as a Assistant GM at a sportsbar myself, but I did not have a great experience last night. I sat in the bar at a high top, I was greeted not too long after. My waitress was really nice, however you could tell she was overwhelmed cocktailing the amount of tables in her section. I waited 15 minutes for a beer. Once I finally placed my food order I proceeded to wait over an hour to an hour and a half for my 10 boneless wings & fries. Iâm a very patient individual & I understand considering you guys were busy. I even made it easier for her by just asking for it to go & having her close my tab. What makes it worse I was dining in since I had a $20 comp from my previous visit that I was trying to use, & after I closed out I waited another 20 minutes. Up to this point, Iâm perfectly understanding she communicated to me that the kitchen was pretty busy which I get. However, their were 3 managers on duty from what I saw & all of which were not conducting themselves to show any concern or initiative for guests by doing table touches or helping the floor or the back of house. I only ever recall one helping out in the back at one point after it was very apparent they needed help. The thing that makes it the worst of all is I ordered boneless wings & got traditional. Iâm sorry, but that is the worst experience Iâve ever gotten while eating out. I hate to nitpick, but proper managing could have resolved all of the issues, hell even a...
Read moreComing from someone who worked at hooters this location was by far the worst location Iâve been to. First let me state that it was not busy at all. We were greeted after at least 5 mins. The waitress took our appetizer order. 12 buff shrimp with chips&queso. The servers usually put down plates and silverware for the table. That did not happen. Not only does the shrimp not come with ranch anymore, but you would have to pay for it if you wanted it. Ridiculous. The shrimp tales were COLD! And the meat part was luke warm at best. I was starving so I still ate them. Then I ordered 8 boneless wings honey Thai (which they did not have at this location) so had to get a different flavor, with a side of fry with a side of buffalo sauce. Well thank god the boneless came with ranch without having to pay extra. The waitress then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a fork (which should have been on the table before the appetizers arrived). I said no. She never brought my fries. (Even after confirming I wanted curly fries). The boneless were warmer than the shrimp but not hot like they should have been. The taste and quality of the food was meh. Definitely a disappointment. The fries werenât on our bill so clearly she forgot to either ring them in. Because she was writing the entire order down. The servers definitely need a refresher course. Because this was a very...
