It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Ross Township

I’ve never in my life written a review for anything. But this has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. Ordered my wings two hours ago. Called It’s Just Wings and Chili’s answers. Lady says my order has been ready for a long time but no Doordash drivers have come to grab it. Told me to call Doordash. Called them. They say since I ordered through the restaurant website they can’t do anything. Chilis said since they are just a “ghost kitchen” for Its Just Wings they can’t remake or cancel my order. There’s no corporate phone number for this company. I spent 50+ dollars on maybe cold wings and fries getting delivered at some...

The food at their location at Southlake Mall was horrible! I normally order delivery from their Dyer, IN location which is sooooo good, but I moved and I'm closer to the Southlake location. I ordered what I normally order and the boneless wings came with no ranch seasoning (if you get plain or no sauce that's what you normally get), the wings were fried to hell, to hard to eat, the curly fries were not crispy and I literally only got a handful (you normally get enough chicken and fries to eat off twice), and the food was freaking cold!!!! And to make it even worse, both ranch dipping sauces were missing!!! I do not recommend...

I figured i would give just wings a try since k had never ordered from there, i got it thru grubhub, i called to make a change and Chillis answered, that should have been a red flag and i should have canceled the order, the wings tasted frozen, the mango habanero tasted like nothing and lemon pepper tasted like nothing, what a waste of money!!!
