If I could give zero stars I would it’s Halloween. It’s 4:33 AM. They’re supposed to open at 4:30. Not a big deal, but She ignored me at the drive-through so I drove up to the window because she didn’t even have the lights on in the store and it was cracked and I said in a very sweet voice hey sweetie, are you open, and she proceeded to say we are open now in a very sarcastic voice, rolling her eyes with an attitude and was extremely rude so you know what I don’t want anything from you. They did not unlock the doors until 435 and I think she thought she looked like a princess, but with that attitude she looked like a cockroach I will never come to that Starbucks again and I’m someone who goes to Starbucks twice a day for over 20 years, but I will never go to that one again, you need to fire the person who thought she was a princess she is not. I don’t know what kind of mother she had to train her to be such a piece of crap to people with an attitude, but that is not a Starbucks person your customers go to your companies for a nice attitude and smile not a jerk. Read moreThis morning I ordered a $4.67 tea through the drive thru. I pulled to the window and handed her my form of payment. All I had was a $50 bill. The lady at the window said rudely “I can’t take that”. I asked her why and she stated she can’t break the bill. I asked her what am I supposed to do? She then asked if I had another form of payment and I told her no I did not. She then said “We’ll I can’t take that” this employee didn’t even try to ask the manager or the front register if they can make change. So I drove off and had to go to Dunkin Donuts. She didn’t even offer to just hand me the drink I ordered and say it was on the house. What are you guys going to do with the drink? Your just going to throw it out. It was $4.67 drink and I had money to pay for it but was refused at the window because your employee refused to check with anyone else to see if changed could be made. Read moreThis is the lowest I can leave to write a review. O have been coming for a couple weeks now because I am new to the area. I asked for what I always drink and the lady either didn't hear me or whatever the case may be. I went on to let them know I would like it re made. The girl Genesis asked what it was and said oh you have to specify what you want. I have drank the same thing from Starbucks for years, I know how to specify my order. She re made it and it was practically just milk. It wasn't worth the drama to go back in. Genesis was extremely rude and I will not come back to this location again. There are others in the area. I am sorry but I am paying for a drink and all I ask is that it's made correctly. Such a shame and a bad experience with this location. Customer service education should be reiterated among staff...
