Not only did they have me wait 30minutes for a 12 piece order of honey bbq wings that take 9 minutes to cook and 6 minutes to batter… but when the order was ready it was handed to me unsauced with about 10 honey bbq sauces on the side. I “phoned a friend” to verify that the wings are suppose to be sauced and then spoke with the manager. I was told it was an up charge to sauce the wings, which isn’t on the sign, I was dismayed also because why wasn’t I charged the up charge when I ordered the wings. There were 10 honey bbq sauces in the bag, he couldn’t have thought I wanted to dip my own. To top it off, after I asked for a refund, the manager then pulls out a sign that says no refunds. Does this international brand know that this restaurant is operating with a no refund policy. Even for uneaten food and for orders where this establishment is to blame? Don’t show me a sign that appears to have been printed at kinkos or ordered from amazon. This is a KFC and not a mom and pop. I drove to a garland KFC. And look, no up charge for honey bbq wings. My cousin and I arrived at this location around 7:50 PM on Friday, April 19th, and placed an order at 7:58 PM for a 16-piece family meal (Order #6553, Total $63.73). After waiting, the manager Carlos came out and first said they were out of chicken breasts and it would be a 30–40 min wait. We agreed to wait. Then he returned and said the oil wasn’t working and no more chicken could be made until the next day.
When we asked for a refund, he flat-out refused and told us to just "take what we got"—which was not even close to what we paid for. He then tried to tape up a "No Refund" sign after the fact, which we have photos of. The kitchen was completely shut down and spotless like they were already closed—at 8:00 PM on a Friday.
Carlos was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. He even sarcastically told us that next time we should “ask if they have chicken” before ordering. At a chicken restaurant.

Four cars behind us and 20 minutes later I circle back around because she forgot about me. No big deal, honestly. It’s work and it happens! After finally getting our order for our guest, we noticed the employee did not put the sauce our guest paid for in the bag. We circled back a third time to pick it up and we got the absolute nastiest attitude ever, all because she forgot a ranch dressing. This kind of thing wouldn’t normally phase me, but thanks to her incompetence and poor attitude, I missed almost 30 minutes of valuable shift time into my delivery window.
