Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

So tonight I ordered from Domino’s at 1901 J Street in Sacramento California. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic sauce, extra pepperoni, extra sausage, extra mushrooms, and bacon. I received a pizza with only cheese and mushrooms.

I contacted the store immediately within five minutes of the driver leaving my house 👤., I received this rude woman on the phone that claimed to be the store manager telling me she made the pizza herself and she knew it was right one And only one pizza went out for delivery She continued by telling me the only way they were sending a replacement is if I gave her back the original pizza Which was fine because I didn’t want this pizza. Now By this time I felt offended as if I’m gonna call and lie about a pizza, I paid cash for. I immediately offered to send a picture or she can have the driver return and pick up the pizza. She told me if I didn’t lower my voice she was going to hang up on me. Now I was not being loud or rude. Just very direct about my concerns with a pizza I paid for. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the store. Order At your own risk, you may just get that rude Manager. I have moved on to file a complaint with corporate. I’m mad at myself for paying cash and not paying with the credit card. I even tipped the driver well to top it off. I have to attach the photo to clearly show it’s not the pizza I ordered. If you like burned pizza, rubber crust, and pure ignorance, this is the place for U! This chain of pizza was never good to me, but thought I’d give it a try after 20+ years, SMH! I called them to ask, please do not burn my pizza, cook light. The manager on the phone thought I was asking to perform brain surgery. After several seconds of silence, duhhhhh “there’s no control over that.” WHAT!?!?!? I had a feeling they were going to try something, just to be smart a**! Sure enough, not only did they burn it, they took pieces off their dirty oven and placed them on the top of my pizza! I had delivery, I had to get dressed and go there b/c they kept hanging up the phone when I called. The genius chick had a nerve to say, “I don’t know what that is,” talking about the burned chips from their oven, gave herself away, that’s how I know she did it! Photos #1 and 2. The manager tried to say I did it. Anyone can be a manager today! I don’t have an oven where I live and I don’t live nasty like that! This is going to sound like such a small minuscule thing to complain about but every single time myself or someone that is at my house orders wings with the separate sauces, we NEVER get the sauce we asked for. After calling and speaking with someone the only back up that she could provide was “well both the sauces start with s..maybe next time you could try calling the store and make sure the right sauces are being selected”…………okay so does that mean the employees don’t pay attention to orders AND I have to make sure they’re doing the job that they applied for and they got all on their own? On what planet would I be picking the sweet icing over the sweet mango habanero sauce for WINGS. Be for real. Also the driver that I seem to always get never respects my contactless delivery request and always sticks around to try interacting with my dogs it’s very strange and uncomfortable. Again it’s small and not that big of a deal to most people and even I think this is a little dumb to leave a review about but since calling the store directly and basically being told I have to be responsible for making sure I get something IM paying for it ensures I won’t be ordering...
