Amazing food experience. They have a creative take on Asian-Latino fusion. Their dishes in general are very well thought out, with nicely balanced flavors, and good execution.
Their tacos are creative and adventurous. Our favorites for the night are the pork belly, braised beef, banh mi. Their Korean chicken was tasty but I think missed the mark a little on what Korean fried chicken is. I think they need to revisit the fried chicken recipe and sauce flavor. Their butter chicken tasted like butter chicken no doubt about it. But It didn't stand out as amazing. It's just butter chicken lol.
Their Birria Ramen was off the hook! In this case the well flavor Birria makes or breaks the entire dish. This one was very well seasoned and balanced. I initially though it was a little salty. But when eaten with the ramen the dish balances out fantastically.
Guacamole is a nice appetizer and pallet cleanser. Guac is fresh, creamy, and again nicely balanced. Not to much acid or salt. The grated cheese also compliments the guac nicely.
Drinks!!! š¹š¹šøšø Drinks are amazing. Dragon berry mojito was light and refreshing. Guava peach margarita was the winner of the night. Guava and peach showcases the alcohol and not overpowering it. They use sugar on the rim which I think doesn't really do a whole lot for the drink. It's just extra sweetness. I think they could of chosen something that enhances or compliments the drink.
Service was good. Our first server was replaced and get replacement greeted our table promptly. She was helpful, attentive, and had great recommendations. At the end she got busy with a giant table. We were left waiting for about 10 minutes as they were being checked out. That's understandable I understand how hard being a server is.
We'll definitely be back to try more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt let the name fool you. Itās not just tacos. It should be called Mas Que Tacos (more than tacos). DO NOT sleep on Masā brunch menu. It is so well thought out and executed. I literally CAN...And WILL, even.
These are the things Iāve tried for brunch:
Blue corn pancakes with cashew syrup. YES. Think about it. Itās all this flavor and texture you never knew you needed.
Soft corn polenta with over easy eggs and braised short ribs. Dude. This polenta is so creamy and delicious. I donāt even LIKE polenta. Iāve never liked polenta. I donāt even like corn and itās got a cameo in the polenta. Iām not going to talk about how yummy the braised shortribs are.
Chillaquiles...actually very traditional take on chillaquiles with clean flavor and texture. I never order chillaquiles because everyone does it different and it can go really wrong if you let it. But itās right at Mas.
Breakfast Papusa. Sigh.....so good. I wanted to order it again last round but everything Iāve had is so good....I need to try something new every time.
Mas-chelada. Look. Iām a Michelada connoisseur. I know when I need to ask for more spice or lime. And I just donāt have to ask here. Itās really, really good. Like..Iād come here just for a Chelada and chips and guacamole and would be completely fine.
Side note: guacamole, chips, salsa. Lots of flavor and really fresh. The chips are whole tostada shells. For whatever reason....if it freaks you out to see chips in their original form....but youāll eat a chicken nugget, where are your priorities in life?
Service: always attentive. Everyone seems to check on you. Servers, food runners, management. Shout-out to Ashley. ...

Itās complicated. Donāt let the word ātacoā in the name fool you. Sure, Mas Taco will scratch that Mexican food itch, but they also sling creations inspired by everything from banh mi to butter chicken. Taco passport, anyone? āļøš®
From traditional starters to street food faves like grilled corn, to āburritoā bowls (the word burrito is on silent mode), to churro wafflesāyes, churro wafflesāMas Tacoās got you covered from breakfast to dinner.
The Potato Taco? A hearty taco , loaded with avo, roasted poblanos, fresno garlic oil, and all the cilantro. And while Iām not usually a fake meat kinda vegetarian, the Impossible Asada? Plant-based perfection. Iād swipe right again and again. š
The tacos can run a bit on the small side for $4 but they are delicious and worth it.
Their drink menu? Always serving. But real talkāno margarita pitchers? A true crime. The Margaritas Gigantes try their best to compensate, but itās just not the same. #sorrynotsorry
Service is friendly and chill, but when it gets busy (and it will), expect a little delay. With neighbors like Ace of Spades, timing your visit is key. The vibe is vibrant, modern, and built for groupsāinside or out. Parking, however? A mild nightmare. Bring patience, coins, or a rideshare app.
