February 27 time of incident 6:05 a.m. I went through the drive-thru purchase my food as I left the drive-thru I needed to use the bathroom but I wasn't going to make it to my job part ask the gentleman the Asian gentleman and I have to stay this clear the Asian gentleman if I can use the bathroom and he told me it was for customer use only I told him I just left you drive throughjust purchasing breakfast when he told me what that's one purchase with that was done on the outside now you have to purchase something on the inside cuz of our phones only for customer use only I told him well I purchase something you telling me I can't use the bathroom yeah you have all these homeless people walking up and down and they use in the bathroom and yet a paying customer was wanting to use the bathroom who paid and is a f** customer was denied. Wen back toy car with my proof in hand.. and he still didn't want me to use the bathroom so I guess I must be a personal thing whoever owns this franchise I should dress you treat or train and retrain this manager it's lucky that you know I'm no longer does feeble minded man again I have more control over myself than what I was with my youth you come my rule. Can you come out disrespectful and look at your video camera you can play it back also look at my video and see exactly what's going on look at my YouTube channel and look at my Facebook page this is the one on Richards boulevard this is the Asian manager with the great you'll see his face in my video he needs to get retrained or you need to let him go all the other staff everyone that wears a black shirt that works here has treated me with kindness dignity and respect and it's the same way I treat every other human being but this Asian man this is the second time that I have an incident with this man and I'm not going to allow the third time to happen got to cut him loose you retrain him or you move him out one of the other you're going to lose a lot of customers this way. Read moreIts really unfortunate that it came to this point for me deciding to write a bad review to warn others. These employees at this location are incompetent. They do not understand their duties and procedures. I ordered a curbside pick up and it took so long that I had to leave. I called to get a refund and was instructed to call customer service. I had to wait the following day because customer service was closed. Once I called them, I was told they couldn't refund me and would send their notes over to who can. I got an email from the owner of this franchise location, and it was a very basic email apologizing and stating they talked to their employees. I asked about my refund and my assumption is that the owner forwarded the email to the store manager because I got a response from a random email telling me to go back to the location to get the refund. I finally went back today and the manager at that time (a male) did not want to speak to me. Of course they spoke Spanish and the cooks were just starring and responding back to him. After the 3rd time the front counter employee informed him that I was still standing there, he finally came over and I explained everything. Once I started naming the people I had came in contact with (especially the owner's name) he just kept rolling his eyes and doing the typical "I'm so sorry" and having an attitude the whole time with his body language. Not just that, for some reason, he just couldn't understand to refund me the correct amount so I took what I could get because I was fed up with everything. I was polite the whole time and tried to be understand, but it was a big inconvenience. They're right next to the freeway, so a lot of travelers may stop by this location and may not be able to come back to the location to get a refund. Every penny counts these days with this economy. Read moreHonestly, I do not like coming here because the homeless outside the restaurant are super aggressive. A year ago I came here around 10 pm, and a homeless person knocked on my window begging for money. I was terrified and jumped out of my seat because I didn’t see him coming. It happened while I was trying to grab my card from my wallet.
Yesterday, I came in between 2-3 pm. The coolest part is they accept Apple Pay now, which makes me happy. At the payment window, a young African American man was super nice and very engaging with the customers. He looked excited to serve people.
I feel bad for the young lady where you pick up your food. The guy before me was yelling at the lady, telling her, "You gave me an old burger," lol... Then the young lady handed him another one, and he yelled at her again. He said, "This burger is cold," hahaha. At this point, I was like 😳 the customer is getting really aggressive. She asked him to park in the front so they can address all his complaints on the side, which is the right thing to do so we can get our food, lol. When I got to the window, she greeted me with a "Hi" and smiled at me like nothing happened. This young lady needs a raise. She looks like a 17-year-old African American. That’s awesome customer service right there. She even apologized to me for the wait. She deserves recognition. I can attest. Oh wow! I've been in Customer Service for 7 years.
