I haven't been to this location in months and now I remember why. If you do come here, do yourself a favor and try the drive-thru (although that was also a hefty line). It literally boggles my mind at how long people have to wait for food here. I mean it is genuinely inexplicable. As the minutes ticked on and on, I was trying to assess their staffing levels. They seemed to have a lot of people at the front of the house but they were all focused on drive-thru. The grill only appeared to have a couple of guys.
Many of the employees, but certainly the manager just seemed apathetic. There was a line of people waiting in front that grew to at least 5 people deep (I had already ordered but was waiting to ask for sweetener), but every employee who walked by made a point to avoid eye contact. I heard the manager comment loudly something dismissive for people to overhear about people needing to be patient.
It was 11 minutes from the time I placed my pretty straight-forward order to the time I received it. I had thought hardly anyone was waiting ahead of me but that was because disheartened people had gone to sit down.
The brewed tea had stickers indicating it was past the time it was supposed to be changed by a day. When I was given my order I didn't try anything until I was already in my car, and I don't think they salted the fries at all.
I only hope that their regional management sends some secret shoppers so they can see how bad the service is at this location.
They had way too many employees in the front of the house for the people lining up to be ignored, and if the grill was understaffed, the manager should have gone back there and helped! This visit was at 7:34 PM on Wednesday, November 20th (mentioned on the hope that someone in their service area will take the time to look at management and staffing).

Read moreRelatively indifferent staff, not good service at this location. After ordering, I placed the plastic number and my receipt on a table and walked to the drink station to fill the drink cup. When I turned around 10 seconds later, the stuff was gone, table clear and no one even nearby! The staff at the counter had no explanation for why they took the number without bringing the order, and apparently threw away my receipt.
After the manager brought the order out, another employee approached me with a dirty broom and asked if he could sweep under my feet and table while I was eating. I declined (despite being around noon, there were few other customers, and PLENTY of other vacant booths and places that needed cleanup around the entire restaurant.) He disappears into the back, and moments later another employee emerges and starts cleaning up the dining room. She sneaks around behind where I'm sitting and reaches the broom under my legs near my feet from behind and proceeds to sweep directly under where I'm sitting! I know this is not a big deal, it just seemed kind of nasty while I was eating at the table and I wasn't in the mood, and they proceeded to do it anyway after having been specifically asked not to. This is not good customer service.
I have given other McDonald's restaurant locations 5 stars for excellent customer service - just some locations are better than others-...

So we accidentally ordered at the wrong location thru a mobile order and we decided we’d just reorder at this location . Around this time it’s 10:00 , they now said they couldn’t “take the order “ even though we were going to reorder thru the app so I said “it’s okay I’ll order thru the app” so we proceeded to , this guy said that we’d have to go thru drive thru to get it and I said no you wouldn’t and explained to him how the system works because I’ve worked for McDonald’s not even too long ago. In a nice tone , I wasn’t mad or yelling or even showing attitude whatsoever , so this guy leaves and comes back (keep in mind we’re just sitting at the table ordering off the app, we told them we didn’t plan on eating there and weren’t going to) and says “sorry but my assistant manager says you guys need to leave “ LIKE WHAT ??lmfaoooo , we didn’t do anything , they’re just too lazy to want to reclean the lobby even though we weren’t gonna eat there . This place gotta be a joke 😂 it’s 40 degrees out and we’re on motorcycles just trying to pick up food inside so we’re not freezing thru a drive thru .
