I ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins inside. When I went in, no one was wearing a mask. They also did not have gloves on. At this time, they should be taking many precautions to protect their customers against the spread of COVID-19. Many people are asymptomatic at this point. I do not feel comfortable having them prepare food for me or my family if they are not taking the proper precautions. They have the shield up at the counter but no one is using gloves or a mask when preparing my food. When I asked about this, they said it was optional and if I wanted them to use a mask they can. It just makes it harder for them to talk and be understood when they have masks on. I think it is just laziness. I paid for the ice cream cake that I purchased but I am canceling the follow up order. I am not comfortable serving my family food prepared by people who will not take proper precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I have high risk members of my family that I care for. I cannot take that chance. We will not be eating ice cream cake that I purchased from there. I had another cake that I had ordered for later the same week. I am canceling that order. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again for sandwiches or ice cream. The virus lives longer in ice cream than it does at normal room temperature. I am absolutely certain that people will get sick...
Read moreOk I don’t mean to be like a Karen but I’m pregnant and so great at customer service that this was one to complain about in the comfort of my car. Entering this place was so not welcoming. Out of three people on the floor nobody even Acknowledged that I was there. I just wanted a single scoop of ice cream. There was one other man in front of me and even he was not told I’ll be right with you or anything. These young kids don’t know how to service anyone. Sad to see how unprepared they are to run a business. Poor management I guess. Anyways, I asked if there was anyone running this side of the store ( Baskin- Robbins ) and out of all three only one decided to answer me that he was on his break and the other two were busy making sandwiches. Dude what the heck are you doing on the floor then!!!! And when I worked in my first jobs I knew that while on break, if you need to help get these customers services and out, you can restart your break after by law! He was on his break but still being told by the other staff to check something. And so he did. Oh and on top of that he answers the phone! All while on his break!!! THOUGH YOU COULDN’T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU’RE ON BREAK SON! I WALKED OUT PEACEFULLY. I didn’t say a word but I just walked out. Couldn’t...
Read moreI came in while working during my driving route as a courier so not a lot of time to spare in between stops. I asked for a simple medium reeses peanut butter milk shake. They took a minute to look around back and then said they ran out of milk and sent an employee to grab a $20 bill out of the register and go grab milk from the store next door. I waited for a good 5 min and never saw that employee come back, next thing I know the lady behind the counter says my order is ready. You can see in the picture, my drink not filled up all the way for the high price they charge of $7 for a medium shake because they only put an inch of leftover milk in the blender and didn't wait for the other employee to return with more milk. I also had a $2 off mobile coupon from "Tmobile Tuesdays" and although it scanned, it did not take the deduction off. I can the register still said $7.60, and I said it was supposed to take $2 off and she said "oh sorry, $5.60". And when I paid the remaining balance, it still charged me the $7.60. She took the receipt, crumpled it up and didn't even ask me if I wanted it and just said have a good day and didn't even hand me the drink, just left it on the counter closest to her. This place judging by past reviews needs a...
