This store has totally changed. I don’t know if they had a new owner or a new crew. I place online orders for my company, and I would go in to pick them up on my way to work. However, back in December 2023, two incidents happened a week apart. First time, they said they didn’t receive my order even though I had my receipt on my phone. It took them 10 minutes to finally decide to give me my paid order; second time they purposely didn’t make my orders because I placed three orders (same thing three times, because I needed three receipts for reimbursement purpose). I kind of understand they were afraid I made a mistake, but I paid ahead of time. I went to the store earlier to prep myself something would happen like a week ago. Glad I did, so they I had extra time to wait on them to make my three orders. I don’t feel comfortable of going in there any more just so I can grab and go with my orders and not late to work. Today when I was trying to redeem my free rewards (over 1000 points) they told me I had to make a purchase in order to redeem a reward. It says nowhere on their website and terms and conditions. So I called another store to verify, the person picked up my call said no purchase necessary, I can just show the QR code to get my free reward, and he said it is the same rule applies to every store. We did place a review on the DD Facebook page in which they asked me to DM them. I did and they acted concerned and said they took this serious and would have the franchise owner contact me. I have heard nothing and I even DM them to follow up. Nothing, nada, zero!
Today my best friend went through the drive through to order 3 items (hashbrowns, cold coffee and a breakfast sandwich). The speaker wasnt working so she drove up to the window and placed her order. When she left the window she reached into the bag for her hashbrowns, but they were not in there. When she returned to the window and brought it to their attention the cashier said she didnt get one because she didnt order one. They went back and forth which should never have happened unless its going to resolve the issue. My friend said, she was never coming back to that location. They said "thats fine" and she drove off. When she got to work she discovered something so very disgusting with her sandwhich. The paper it was wrapped in had handwriting all over it. It looked like it was used to plan the schedule for the crew members. So not only did they mess up the order but they wrapped her sanwhich in an already used and contaminated paper and they communicated that they didnt care if she ever returned....
Read moreThis location has gone way down hill. I get that they are short staffed, but it seems as though they pick and choose what days to be open past 5 pm. There are no signs anywhere with the new hours that they are open to. I’ve tried to go through on multiple days in the evening hours only to see they are closed with no sign saying so, staff hanging around with ear pods in and not listening to people showing up in the drive thru, and the place constantly being out of everything. I went through for breakfast on 10/15/21 at 6:50 am and was told they weren’t fully open yet and having computer issues. Ok fine. I went elsewhere. I went through today 10/16/21 for an iced coffee at 12:40. I sat in the drive through for 20 min. When I got to the window they tell me cash only and the computer just went down. I had no cash. So I sat there as a waste of time, and left with no drink, though my drink was sitting right there already made and would be throwing out anyway! The hours for today online say open until 2 pm yet they closed at 1pm while people were still in the drive through ordering.
