My girlfriend and I are rewards members and went to this Gators on Wednesday, October 3rd for trivia night. We went with friends and were in total, a group of 5 people. My girlfriend had ordered the wing platter and wanted the Garlic Parmesan flavor on her wings. When our order came out the wings were tossed in mild sauce instead of being the Garlic Parmesan flavor, this was not a big deal at the time because mistakes happen and it can easily be fixed. However after talking to our waitress that the sauce on the wings was incorrect she apologized and took them back to the kitchen after telling us they would remake them. Literally 30 seconds later the exact same wings and fries came out to our table, the only difference was that there had been cheese sprinkled over the wings. There was no attempt to make us feel like our concern was of any importance. At this point I was upset at the fact they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem and asked to speak to the manager (this is where it gets comical), the "manager" came out in a gray zip up hoody with a disgruntled look on her face and said these exact words "Whats the problem". I explained to her the situation and she took the wings back into the kitchen and 3 minutes later brought out THE EXACT SAME WINGS AND FRIES for the 3rd time but with a little more cheese on them. What we were told by the manager was that a lot of people have been complaining about the garlic parmesan wings lately and that she has had to redo a lot of orders. This was a ridiculous attempt to try and get us to believe that she had actually brought out a different order of wings, this is not only disrespectful but a blatant insult to our intelligence. At this point it was no longer worth the argument because clearly no matter how many times we asked for a new order of wings with the right flavor we were going to continually get the exact same wings that came out originally. My girlfriend and I have been coming to this gators for a long time and like I said we are rewards members and regulars for trivia night but after the service we got tonight I will not be returning to this gators...

Update: I originally posted the above review a year ago. This place has gone downhill on the ribs. We have been eating here since they opened and the last two times, we ordered takeout. Terrible! We ordered full rack/ dry rub. When I got home it, had no seasoning. I called, the Mgr. was a very pleasant Spanish man. He said, let me check the w/ kitchen. He came back and apologized as it seemed the Cook wasn’t aware of the proper manner to apply the seasoning. I live 7 miles away, I appreciated that he checked and believed me, he gave me a credit of $10. It wasn’t the money, it was the the food. It has been about a month. Today, I ordered exactly the same thing. When the server showed me the food, I told her, it doesn’t seem to have the dry rub, not only could you not see it, but you couldn’t smell the pepper. She showed me the receipt, it said: dry rub, and if It was a problem, to call in!! Explain to me, the reason for checking the food? I called when I got home, spoke to the Mgr. Bobby, and he didn’t apologize, he wasn’t even responding. I finally asked: Sir, are you there? I am not looking for free food, but darn it, If I am paying, why can’t I expect to receive the food that I order! This was a good place to eat, but no longer, I guess because they are the only large restaurant in St Cloud, service means nothing. I will drive past, but you won’t get me in there any longer. Read moreWent for free wing day on Sunday and wanted to try something different for the 6 free that came with the deal. I ordered 10 medium and asked for my 6 to be honey garlic. When I got home I realized by looking at the ticket that I was charged and given 2 orders of the honey garlic. I immediately called the restaurant and was put on the phone with Damon the manager. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because all of the other staff (even though they messed up the order) were very polite. The manager was completely rude and argued with me saying that I came to him and ordered 6 more wings, which I did not. I told him I never talked to him just women and then he tried to say that the coupon was buy 6 get 6 free. Which was also not true. It was buy wings and get a maximum if 6 wings free. After all this arguing he said I could bring them back for a refund or he could give me a coupon for 6 free another time. In my opinion this is not a decent solution. I didn't mess up the order but now I have to drive all the way back???? I wasn't going to but I didn't care for the honey garlic wings because they tasted like just grease and honey. No garlic at all. I told him that since I didn't like them and brought them back i wanted my refund plus 6 free wings. He argued more with me saying that wasn't the deal and only gave me my money back when I gave them more than 6 wings back. Awful customer service and terrible experience.
