Jersey Mike’s make great sandwiches. I have enjoyed eating at various locations since 2016 when I was located in Southern California. The St. George location also provides great taste when they make orders accurately.
Unfortunately, in my last two visits, my experience has been lackluster at best. The service provided by employees has been consistently less than stellar in most of my visits to include not making my call in order at all one time (I shrugged this one off at the time) to inaccurate orders and regular poor customer service.
Last week, I called in an order and specifically asked for no peppers on my sandwich. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told my sandwich wasn’t ready and I would need to wait for them to make the sandwich. I paid for my meal at that time.
My sandwich was sitting on the counter for 5 minutes while staff helped other customers. I even asked if the sandwich on the counter was mine and was told that it was not. Eventually, the staff asked if they could help me again as if I had never been there. When I announced my name and said I was waiting on a call in order, they went to the now cold sandwich and passed it across the counter. The employee asked me if I had paid as I walked out to which I said yes. She then asked me if I was sure. When I got home to eat the sandwich it had peppers throughout.
This week, I decided to try again, making the same order without peppers. Customer service was better this time, but when I got home to eat my meal, there were peppers throughout the sandwich again. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, the employee suggested that I might have forgot to request no peppers even though I clearly saw the “no peppers” comment on my ticket while paying at the counter and had explained this detail to the employee.
This staff needs help. When the problems span across multiple different young employees, it is tough to think the fault lies with them, but at a different level. I have never had this many disappointing experiences with Jersey Mike’s...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's Sub House sandwich shop, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. The sandwich I had was, without a doubt, the most delicious sandwich I've ever had. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving for more.
What truly set this visit apart, though, was the outstanding customer service. The staff there were incredibly friendly and their enthusiasm was contagious. It was clear that they genuinely enjoyed their work, and their happiness radiated through every interaction. They made me feel like a valued guest, and that alone enhanced the dining experience.
The environment at Jersey Mike's was equally impressive. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was inviting. It was a wonderful place to enjoy my meal, whether I wanted to dine in or grab a sandwich to go.
In summary, my visit to Jersey Mike's Sub House sandwich shop was nothing short of exceptional. From the mouthwatering sandwich to the outstanding customer service and the delightful environment, it was a memorable dining experience that I will cherish. I can't recommend this place highly enough for anyone seeking a top-notch sandwich and a warm,...
Read moreJust had my first ever Jersey Mike's and my first ever Philly Cheese Steak sammich.
Overall experience I gotta say 4.5 stars. Sorry, Mike. Google reviews just robbed you of an extra half star. I tried.
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, busy as all hell before the lunch rush. Those are all good signs.
Got the 8 inch Philly on Wheat. It was good but, too much bread, not enough meat, not enough onions, not enough green peppers. Y'all should toast the bread. Maybe butter it and then throw it on the grill to get it a little golden brown. Definitely wish I added bacon and pickles. Probably could have used some Mayo and Ranch. I give that sammich a solid 7/10. The meat to cheese ratio was pretty solid as well. Overall, it was really good. People who live in Philadelphia are snobs about their Philly Cheese Steak sammiches.
Biggest disappointment is I didn't see the option to order Loaded Cheese Fries. (No wonder I'm fat)
I definitely recommend eating here. Next time, I'll wait until they're not crowded so I can ask about customizing my sammich. But I was pretty "hangry" today
Much better...
