Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Saint George

Freaky Fast!!! Delicious and faster than fast are everything you would expect at this Jimmy John’s. I usually pick “JJ”for lunch because they are fast and truly reliable on their sandwiches quality.

One of my all time favorite subs is “Gargantuan”. I get the giant size and it is the Bomb!!! Sandwich is often ready within a minute of ordering. You’ll get to see they make sandwiches right in front of you using all fresh ingredients which really makes the difference. Loveee their great quality of soft bread, meat is nicely cut and super fresh vegetables. Their special Kickin’ Ranch sauce is also pretty tasty. And if you like spicy, ask for hot peppers, it’s optional on all sandwiches, so don’t pass them up.

This restaurant is always clean, very well maintained. The team behind the counter is great, friendly and attentive. Incredibly fast even when it’s super busy. They don’t have a drive thru unfortunately but delivery and catering are always available. I love everything about JJ. It’s always fast and delicious. I honestly would pick it over Subway any day. This is the best place for sub lovers, you just can’t beat the price or quality anywhere else. Absolutely a must try!!!

The food is good. The service is 50/50. This last time we walked in and there were no employees around, this was at about 6 pm. After a few minutes of waiting a few workers came out from the back and gave us a very annoyed look. The lady that took our order was pretty rude, they walked to the register and didn't say they could take our order. Had to stop them sometimes from completing the order cause we still wanted stuff. After we got the food the bread of my sandwich was pretty stale. While we were eating the employees were talking very loudly, to the point that my wife and I couldn't have a conversation cause we couldn't hear each other. We normally have good experiences but this time was not ok and doesn't make us want to come back anytime soon. Worst customer service from any Jimmy John's ever. Trying to place a catering order and was sent repeatedly to the other locations which either said they didn't deliver to the address and hung up or re-routed me back to the other locations because they just knew they didn't deliver there. Finally able to convince this location that the address was only 4 blocks away and they confirmed they do, in fact, deliver to it. Called back in to provide contact information for delivery and they started placing a second order. Tried explaining I had an order in the system and I just wanted to give a name/number to call when they arrive to be told they had it (via caller ID). Spent the next 5 minutes explaining that I was giving different contact information than what pulled up.
