Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I started my order at the drive thru with telling the worker I had a discount on a starving student card and then confirmed again I wanted to use this discount after she had taken my order. She replied that she would include the discount once we presented the card at the window. I had another person in the car with me but she refused to take the order insisting we would have to come around a second time to order more food. Fine, whatever. But, when we got to the window, I attempted to hand her both my card and discount card in which she only took my card and ignored me as I repetitively told her I wanted to use my discount card while I held it out for her in plain view. Then, she finally acknowledges me as she hands me back my card and when I asked about the discount she said, “You already paid for it and you never mentioned a discount to me.” When I told her I had mentioned to her SEVERAL times to her that I intended to use my discount for this order she brushed aside and insisted it was too late to do anything about it. I was Absolutely dumbfounded. I couldn’t believe she was seriously ignoring me. And then she tells me to pull forward onto the road to wait for my order with the other 5 cars she had pull forward only to have her walk out not even 2 minutes later with everyone’s food. The cars were all packed against each other and there wasn’t even room for us on the street. I was not about to go through that again, especially with the equally terrible food. My fries were only half way filled, my sandwich had been flooded with mayo enough to paint a picture, and the food was stale and dry. My friends and I definitely did not want to waste any more money there so we went to the other location a few miles away and the difference was astounding. The food tasted way better, the fries were not under filled, and I didn’t have to eat through a cup of mayo to get to my sandwich. They fired my son, who worked there, without proper notice and also illegally deceived him. My son asked for a transfer and was in good standings with this McDonalds he worked at. They promised and kept telling him they would agree to him transferring to the a McDonalds closer to our new house. He looked at the new schedule and they only scheduled him one day. He asked on of the managers if they were transferring him before the shift he was scheduled or after and the manager told him before that his shift was already covered. The manager told him that he was informed that my son already transferred by the store manager. My son told him no he had not and that they needed to initiate the transfer. He was told to come in and have the store manager sign the transfer.
When my son went in the Store Manager fired him and then he threatened him that he would tell the McDonalds he was wanting to transfer to that he was a bad employee and to NOT hire him. He also told my son that he would make it difficult for him to work anywhere else and would give employers calling a negative review of my son. His grounds was that he missed his last shift when he was told it was covered and that he was a terrible worker (he also missed a few other shifts from an operation and getting hit by a car). My son was not told in writing EVER nor did he sign any legal document of a negative review of his work or attendance ) that he was a bad worker, in fact, he was praised by other workers for being a good worker.
My son has Aspergers (Autism) which he told them in the interview process and several times to management while working there... so I think we may have grounds for a lawsuit. We are talking to an attorney.

Read moreWe’ve gone to this McDonald’s location a few different times this month and every time we have had staff scream at us in the drive through when they ask us to park on the street and the person in front of us is blocking us from getting out of the drive thru and the staff unprofessionally screams at us without just going out and asking the driver in front of us to move so they weren’t blocking the drive through. There’s a Hispanic woman that works evenings there that never gets the mobile codes right or even peoples orders right and then proceeds to argue with the customer when we’ve never had any issue with the mobile order codes with any other employee. She definitely needs training on how to enter in mobile code deals and how to be professional and courteous with the customers. I just went there tonight about 20 minutes ago and when I got there it took about five minutes for this same Hispanic woman I’ve had issues with in the past to come over the speaker and ask what I want so then I proceed to tell her what I want and it’s radio silence then she comes back on laughing hysterically a few minutes later asking me what I’d like to order and then says oh sorry what did you want again and so I tell her twenty piece nugget, large fry, and two large cokes for the second time and she’s still just laughing with her coworkers not paying attention the customer and I end up leaving McDonald’s with my order wrong because she can’t do her job and cares more to joke around with coworkers than listen to the customers and make sure their order is right.
