Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint Peters

What the heck happened to Customer Service?!?!? If that's what you are looking for do not waste your time, effort and (more importantly) hard-earned money at the Wendy's on Jungermann right next to the Pretzel Stop (which GREATLY surpasses what is next door by the way). I was at this fine Wendy's Sunday July 31st at around 11:00 a.m. I had an issue with an order and the manager exuded extreme rudeness, anger and unprofessionalism! I ended up not even receiving my order due to her EXCELLENT "conflict resolution". Apparently Wendy's has low standards for their management team. That's a shame because management sets the bar for the rest of the team! If she is that dissatisfied with coming to work then she needs to be just as dissatisfied when that paycheck hits her bank account!! Someone definitely needs to let her know that she does not come to a customer service oriented job to behave the way that she does. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Tried this place 4 times. This was the third strike. First time I asked for a large strawberry lemonade. Since they don’t read order back or give you total at speaker. I drove up to window get handed a small iced tea (no ice) I told them I ordered a different drink. Was told they couldn’t take it back. Fine but offer to correct it? Nope. Second time I ordered my breakfast sandwich no sauce. Was “informed” the sandwich doesn’t have sauce. I asked what was in said sandwich. It’s cheese. Then I distinctly heard them say “DUHH”. Asked for no cheese. Still got cheese. This morning it was just the rudeness of staff. I arrived to speaker at same time as store was getting trash pick up. I gave my order. Stated no cheese or sauce. Order or total is never repeated or given. Told to pull ahead. I wait for garbage truck to finish and then was told again to PULL AHEAD in a snarky voice. I explained I was waiting for garbage truck. Then I get to window to WAIT FOREVER. Nothing was said to me. Not my total no acknowledgment whatsoever. And I get on Page and my f-ing sandwich has that nasty cheese / sauce on it. Do...

Just got back from Wendy’s empty handed because of the terrible customer service. I pulled up to the window asking to do 2 separate orders and the woman was impatient when responding to my request, I couldn’t understand her at first because of how fast she spoke and when I asked her to repeat herself she stated with a harsh tone “Yeah no, you have to come inside if you want to do that” without any explanation. I didn’t want to do that bc it’s 80° outside and there are tons of cicadas so I proceeded with one larger order which still had only a few cheapish items on it. She proceeded to tell me that my total was $18.59 so I asked her to remove the last 3 items from the list (the items that were going to be my lunch lol) and she didn’t respond to me at all. At this point I was just done because she could’ve said something like “just a moment please” and that would’ve been better than the complete silence that she offered.
