Dominos as a whole is GREAT! But this location is absolutely horrible. I placed an online order about two months ago to be delivered to my home this was not my first delivery. I am a valuable customer order all the time. The delivery person would not deliver my pizaa due to the bank card was not available to be seen. I was very upset due to that has never happened. I only use that card if not cash. I pitched a fit with coporate and the manager. The manager Emmanuel called me to sort out the problem. He told me yes that was procedure but since you werent aware we should have delivered as a courtesy but remind me to have card next time.. He went as far as sending the pizza to my home for FREE as well some other items to help the matter. He then told to me to bring in my debit card with id and he will place in the system i showed proof of my card and will not be asked for on delivery. I came into the store spoke to Emmanuel he put the information in the system his self, after another employee had to get him from the back. I tried today to order my pizza online today and again my family was not given the pizza because i didnit leave my card. Now i was told this should never be a problem again. I called the manager Emmanuel he basically told me I was lying and he would never say that. I was so disgusted because he assured me i would never have this problem Three times i have been inconvenienced by this location. I will never shop at Dominos again. I never havr a problem until I deal with this location. But never again. I am doing this to let others no go somewhere else because. The managers Mike and Emmanuel are the absolute worst! I can say pizza hut never gives me problems I will continue to take my business there...

Just as I suspected, there is FOOD HANDLING ISSUES at this location. They also mentioned that there are employees who frequently tell people to place the order online even though they can do it from the register.
This is my first time coming to this Domino's. The employees looked completely drained and in a bad mood. I went to order last night and the cashier was rude and told me I'm better off just ordering it online for pick up "so they can get it right"? I walked away laughing, went to my car and placed the order. Even though a part of me felt like I should go to another location even if it meant driving a little further. Bad customer service is a huge red flag when you eat out.
Pizza was done relatively fast after ordering online. A second red flag. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and a Chicken Alfredo pizza. As I drove home I noticed a weird smell coming from the boxes. It was almost like spoiled milk. I checked them again at home, but I ignored my better judgement and decided to eat when I got home because I was starving.
About an hour later I was blowing up my restroom and ended up having to go back multiple times throughout the night to throw up. Pretty confident I got food poisoning. Huge shout out to this location.
I don't see myself ever coming back to this location and hopefully people see this as a warning. Clearly there is some sort of food handling issue at...

I ordered a pizza two days ago and faced over two and a half hours of waiting without any delivery. When I asked to speak with someone about the delay, I was informed that there was only one person working. This is simply unbelievable; how can a restaurant operate with only one employee handling both pizza preparation and delivery?
The staff asked me to call back the next day at a designated time to speak with a manager. When that time came, I was told once again that I needed to call back at another specified time to talk to "the big boss." When I finally did reach out again, I was appalled to find that I was still expected to pay a $6 delivery fee. This fee had not been mentioned the day before, and their only explanation was that it was a corporate policy. In my opinion, that's unacceptable and reflects poor communication.
Although I must say that the pizza itself was good, the overall service was drastically lacking and needs significant improvement. It seems that corporate needs to take responsibility for the apparent incompetence of their employees.
To top it off, the delivery driver was reportedly rude when he arrived. My family mentioned that he left quickly after I managed to get the funds from the ATM, speeding away without consideration.
Given this experience, I would strongly advise anyone in the area to think twice before ordering from Domino's. If you're looking for a reliable pizza delivery service, I would recommend finding an alternative. Hopefully, this review helps someone avoid a frustrating...
