So I've had the same barber for quite sometime and we ended up parting ways for a few different reasons.. I'm real picky when it comes to my haircut and in all honesty trying to find a new reliable barber is always a nightmare... I was hesitant when I called NLB, cause normally the ones who take care of walk ins are usually not the best barbers.. BUT MAN, lemme tell you the moment I sat in Eddie's chair I already had trust and faith in the guy w/o even knowing him! His confidence makes you feel comfortable with knowing you got someone who knows what they're talking about/ doing. Dude is mad cool, And once he started working I knew this was gonna be my guy! Love the environment of NLB, real chill, laid back vibes. Whole crew is very professional and polite.. But if you wanna look, fresh, sharp, clean, or whatever your style is, you gotta come see my man's Eddie! He will take care of you 🙌...

Workers here will creep you Facebook after they are rude to you on the phone…be careful for predators like behavior like this. Hopefully Shawn figured his stuff out and stops harassing customers.

Kaleb is awesome, gives great haircuts and super friendly. However it’s seems other people have attitudes with clients that don’t schedule them. Sorry, but poor customer service from Shawn is probably going to be the reason we don’t go back and will stop recommending this place. After the call Shawn seems to be showing stalking like behavior so watch out for this guy.

What is your game plan when you start insulting your customers? I selected Kaleb on the site, click to book, and then it showed my appointment with someone else. I called the number on the site immediately to reschedule or cancel and seems I got somebody who was argumentative and insulting. Good way to chase...

I hesitate to write this review because I'm worried I won't be able to get in a chair when everyone finds this place. I recently moved from Tampa to St. Pete and the barber search has been really difficult. Lots of barbers in St. Pete, but few solid. I sat with Sami Irshid today, and I gotta say I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Sami took his time to hear me out on my trouble spots and what I was looking for. Then he spent some time studying my hair and the way it lays before making a cut. He proposed a few suggestions and I trusted his process. I'm sure glad I did. Sami was detail-oriented, personable, and just a complete pleasure to chat with while he went to work. I'm so stoked to finally have found a barber that is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and check him out. I already know you won't leave...
