Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

This hungry howies is the worst hungry howies I have ever been to I ordered 2 pizzas one with butter crust and the other with cajun the one with cajun was going to be hamburger but it was more so I told the person on the phone to make it pepperoni instead so when I got there no one greeted me at all just stared at me so I proceeded to tell him I placed and order and cashed out I didn't check the box (shame on me) and went home I got home and both pizzas were butter crust I called the establishment back to inform them of their mistake and if I can receive a credit to get a pizza tomorrow. First the boy on the phone asked the guy what happened and the guy tells him I told him I wanted it like the first which never came out of my mouth, then I ask yo speak to the manager LISA and he informs be that she is making pizzas and can not come to the phone so i tell him I'll wait to speak with her and then he goes to talk to her again and he comes back and tells me that she is to busy to come to the phone because she has pizzas to make...so she yells to him which i can clearly hear "they'll him to bring it in and we can put the seasoning on it." In which I informed them that I am not packing up my kids to make another trip for their mistake and they said well the Ellen hat is the least me can do for you at which time I decided to end the call! I will never order from there again and hope the someone can teach them proper customer...

First time I tried hungry Howie's I wish I could put 0 stars I ordered a pizza Saturday thru online payed with my card, pizza guy called and said he couldn't deliver to my apartments had issues with our building I asked why he didn't say why he hangs up I call back and say OK can I just pick it up then it's no issue it's one mile away he said no I would have to pay for it AGAIN I asked OK is the money already refunded he said no it will take 3 days but said a different Howie's can deliver so I went again on the website and used the Howie's he told me would deliver on 49th st n and when I tried to pay said issue with my card try again I thought maybe I put in a number wrong so I tried again and still said error witch was weird because it went thru for the first time so something wasn't adding up I went to my bank account and you won't believe what I saw I saw 3 transactions for trying to buy a pizza first I know 2 wasn't supposed to go thru because on website said error but they still took money out my account and I called the Howie's they said they don't have my pizza because it didn't go thru but how can u take my money and no pizza I payed 60 bucks total that night and didn't get my money til Wednesday because one guy didn't wanna deliver or just give me the option to pick it up at the store I will Never go to hungry Howie's not because of the pizza because the employees and how they treat the customers and never order...

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!! First of all it was hot as ever in this place, like they have no AC. Second, it smelled terrible inside. Third, they messed my order up, it was supposed to be extra garlic herb WITH butter flavor on the crust. Fourth, when i walked back inside to have it fixed because they only gave me butter, I was greeted with an attitude, the guy with glasses named joey was obviously trying to be a smart ass AND PUT SO MUCH GARLIC HERB ON MY PIZZA THAT ME AND MY FAMILY COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT. I SHOULD REALLY SHOW THIS PIZZA TO A LAWYER AND SUE LIKE THE LADY DID TO MCDONALDS FOR PUTTING TOO MUCH SALT ON HER FRIES. SHE WON BY THE WAY. WHEN I CALLED TO GET THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER THE YOUNG KID WITH DARK HAIR SAID I COULD BRING THE PIZZA BACK IN THE. MORNING...WOW. IF COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A MINUS 10000000 stars I would!!! Horrible customer service I'll make sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS, AND MY 5,000 FACEBOOK FRIENDS AND MY 37,712 TWITTER FOLLOWERS!!!...
