Updated review for 04/14/2025: I ordered delivery from Wendy's through DoorDash, and unfortunately, the entire order was completely wrong.
I ordered two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers with the standard toppings, but what arrived were two plain junior burgers—no cheese, no toppings, and worst of all, no bacon.
I also ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, expecting the standard toppings, but they arrived completely plain, and on top of that, the chicken was old and hard.
The Baconator combo meal was another letdown—the fries were fine, but the sandwich had no bacon, no cheese, and no toppings whatsoever. It was just a dry beef patty and bun.
This isn’t about special requests or customization—this is about the most basic level of food preparation. Nearly every item was missing essential components, which significantly impacted the quality of the meal. A mistake or two is understandable, but this was an entire order that failed to meet the most fundamental expectations.
Extremely disappointed with this experience. If Wendy’s wants to maintain customer trust, they need to focus on quality control, especially when fulfilling delivery orders.
Older review: We recently moved to the area and have been long time fans of Wendy's for breakfast. This location just does not do it well however.
Our order of their sausage, egg and cheese burritos did not have a single piece of sausage at all. They did not give us any of the picante sauce we requested. Their seasoned potatoes were barely cooked, limp and mushy.

Upon receiving my food, the person behind me in the drive thru was blasting their music so loud that my vision was shaking and I couldn't hear anything so I just wanted to depart fast without taking the precaution of checking if I got everything. What troubles me is that they didn't give me a receipt after handing me my food and no receipt was stapled to the bag. I found out that I was missing my chicken nuggets once I pulled into my driveway (house is 5 minutes away). I was furious so I drove back (another five minutes and now my meal is cold). I walked inside because the drive thru was packed. I gave my food to the cashier and she took it to the manager and she had the audacity to think I just came out of the drivethru (looking at the screen of orders, I doubt it had my order from 10 minutes ago). My case was baseless, I didn't have a receipt because they didn't print me one so how can I prove that I didn't get my nuggets or if I even ordered them? She charged me 1.69$ ea for 2, 4pc nuggets and that's .70 cents more than what's advertised on the drive thru menu (99¢). I was charged something like $10.58. A Dave's double large meal is about $8+2 4pc nuggets = $2 dollars so $10 something. I had enough, refusing to buy the overpriced nuggets and stormed out, throwing my food away because it was no longer edible (cold and hard). Read moreStopped in to this Wendy's today gave my credit card to Ashley so that's the name she gave me a thin ,pale white female with dye black hair . Claim to be the Manager after I left without realizing I had not been given my credit card went right back to get it Ashley said she could not find it. I was what you mean you can't find it I was just here. She said sometimes we put them in back. Another nice responsible worker step up and said " Ashley gave your card to someone else" . Ashley failed to disclose this information to me so I could call and cancel card and tryed to just act like she misplace it and blame it on that they are training someone right now and she don't have my card so leave my name and number. Instead of telling me she gave my card away and taking responsibility for her actions espacially as a so called Manager. She needs to be retrained on how to be honest when you have given soneone bank card to someone else and take responsibility for your mistake . Not just lie and get huffy puffy cause you suck.
