Arby's — Restaurant in Salina

Beautiful new building, good food and great service. Reason for only 3 stars is it's 7:30 PM on Tuesday evening, my wife and myself receiving our order with one other person in the dining area. All of the tables were very clearly dirty and needing wiped down. Floor was needing swept. Drink area was wet from overflowed drinks. As expected the food was great. I went to the restroom to wash up and it to needed a good cleaning. Everything was dirty down to even seeing a cigarette butt on the floor. I heard a lot of laughing and having a good time, behind the counter and I wouldn't hold that against them if the business was clean but I had to wonder where the manager was because they couldn't have been in the building. Despite all of this, I'll go back again and give them another try. Hopefully I just caught them at a bad time.

We returned on June 1st around 6:30 P.M. and have to say the store was much cleaner even though it was very busy. Our server "Gabby" was very plesant and helpful. Our order was hot and complete. First time i used the new one. I got the gyro loaded frys. They had to ask what to put on them. They never mentioned onions. And they said it had sause on it. Didn't have!! Not a drop of sauce on the fries. The fries were hard and cold. The meat was cold and hard. Nothing at all was good about this order! They Said that it also had cheese. Not one bit of cheese. The fries looked and tasted like they had sat there for a awhile. Hard and cold. If they would of said there were oniins on it I would of never ordered it because I can't eat them. They make me break out all over my body.. VERY. Very disappointed. 😞 Being a new place u would think they would make your stuff fresh. Mine went in the trash. Couldn't eat it. Nasty! The new hamburger was awesome but the service was bad! The person waiting on us was rude!! She left us waiting at the sign in the rain and when I complained she said she was busy. No one else was in the drive thru and as far as I could see maybe two tables in the dining room. I apologized for bothering her and she slammed the window in my face. I think she was a manager (gray shirt) setting a fine example for her crew. I have always had great service in the past but if this is what it is like now - I doubt I will go back there.
