I have been coming to this location since it first opened and I am astonished with the way me and my coworkers were treated today. My coworker went to go pick up food for everyone and once he brought back the food we immediately noticed that they had made a mistake with my order. We checked the receipt and it was in fact rang up correctly but someone had just forgot to make my second sandwich. Accidents happen so I called and spoke to one of the guys that works there and said they made a mistake and he said they would make it right. I said well I am far away now and that means I have to drive all the way there for the sandwich can I have a lemonade for the trouble. He said that was fine and that he would let them all know. My coworker yet again got in his car and drove all the way down there and the girl at the counter was argumentative and said he would have to pay for the drink and that they only knew about the sandwich. I immediately called the guy I spoke to and he said he was there for the whole thing and that there was no arguing and that my coworker was just too shy to ask for the drink. To top it all off not only was he saying my coworker is a liar but he was laughing as if this whole situation was a joke to him. I am in customer service for a living professionally and I am understanding when it comes to these situations but to be mocked and laughed at was irritating to say the very least. Unfortunately I will never give them business again and neither will any of my coworkers and I hope that they learn a lesson in customer service after this 1 star review on the respect they should have for others or eventually customers will find a more respectable place to...
Read moreChick fil is my favorite national fast food chain. Reason number one: the chick fil a sandwich. Who could have known that a couple pickle slices on a chicken sandwich would make such a difference? (I’m pretty sure that the chick fil a sandwich has been quite the matchmaker over the years💏). This location is great because of where it is. It is very close to the freeway, so if you are just passing by, you can slip on over for a quick bite to eat. If you live in the area (like I do) then you can stop by on your way to or from where you are going, and you don’t even have to leave your car, since they HAVE A DRIVE THRUUUUUUUU!
Sometimes they get busy, and the drive thru line stretches all the way out to the road. Do you think I am kidding? Do I look like someone who would joke about this kind of thing? I am not. #dirdwolf Also, I am not at all concerned for Chick fil a’s business since Café Rio opened up across the street. They are not even the same kind of restaurant!!! Mexican food and chicken sandwiches are not competitors, so they should actually be really good friends. Listen, Café Rio doesn’t serve breakfast, for example, and Chick fil a does.
So the other day, I got a delicious chicken breakfast burrito from chick fil a on my way to work. On my way home, I stopped at the café rio across the street for a delicious meal there (I’ll get into more detail on THAT when I review Café rio).
This location could be improved by making more space for parking, and for the drive thru line, but as far as the food and service go, it...
Read moreWas pretty disappointed with both visits I had to this location. I came here yesterday for a chicken sandwich. I never go out to eat due to the cost but I had some errands to run and was all out of snacks before getting home. I ordered ahead to pickup around 5 minutes before my ETA. When I arrived, the only warm part of my sandwich was the chicken. The cheese was still totally cold and so was the bun. In fact, the bun itself looked and felt undercooked. You can see in the photo the bun is very light in color compared to normal. When I opened my bag, I had a promotional deal for a free chicken biscuit entree for today (Wednesday). Despite the disappointing meal, I woke up early before driving to work to go pick one up, hoping it would sweeten the experience for me.
When I arrived, I told them I had the promotional card and said all I wanted was the spicy chicken biscuit. But I was told I had to order something (a drink, hashbrowns, etc) in order to get the deal. I got some hashbrowns thinking I hadn’t read the promotional deal fully, but when I pulled it out again after purchasing, I confirmed that nowhere on the paper does it say there’s a purchase required to get the deal. I double checked and read the fine print at the bottom to confirm, and there’s nothing. I left feeling tricked and disappointed instead of excited about a free entree and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly but I think management here needs to adjust their marketing to be less misleading...
