Absolutely THE BEST bridal experience I could ever have!! I don't negative thing to say about my experience, I could rave about this place for days! My story: After going to 3 different dress shops I was kind of exhausted, burnt out, and sort of deflated from trying on dresses plus the the experiences I had at other places. I really wanted to give Boda a try so I saved it for last and man Im so glad I did! Since the first time I went in to make my appointment the girls were absolutely fantastic and sweet and the dresses were next level beautiful and unique. II was worried I could actually afford how gorgeous the dresses were but was told I could completely customize my dress since its made in house and I absolutely loved that and that they could easily accommodate my budget. When I arrived for my appointment Mai was just so darling and an absolute dream right from the start. We (myself and bridal party) were aloud to pick out what dresses we wanted to see tried on, instead of someone else doing it for us. Which we loved and It was so nice that it didn't feel like we had to wear gloves to touch things or that we were in a dress barn. The selection is fantastic for any type of bride and I ended up picking one that was so unique. different, and special to me and the veil was absolutely beautiful and sparkly. This shop is really for the modern bride in terms of style, service, accessories, selection, and price. It was actually difficult not to want more buy more than one dress because they are all sooo stunning! At the end of my experience they made me the most gorgeous bridal box filled with thank you gifts and Mai handwrote me a beautiful letter that I am going to cherish forever. So many good tears! Usually I am not a person to be a complainer, but this is a serious issue for me. I got a dress here and loved it in the store. It was one of their “trial” dress, meaning it was a dress that they don’t sell normally and just have it to be tried on. At least, that’s what the sales rep told me when I was in the store.The girl selling the dress convinced me I could just buy the trial dress at a discount price and that it needing a dry cleaning because of how many times girls have tried it on (makeup stains and dirt). By the way, I was alone, no family to assist. I asked if I needed alterations and she said no, it fit well. Anyways, I went home and guess what, my roommate couldn’t zip it up past my bra, and tried and tried she was scared to rip it. It was literally the next day, it’s not like I gained weight, I wear a size 4 in wedding dresses. I am not a confrontational person, and your guys return police’s freaked me out, so instead of complaining or returning right away, I panicked and bought a different dress from another bridal store that was honest about the alterations to get it in time for my bridals. Finally, I called Boda Bride and they said there is nothing they could do besides all this and couldn’t return it. They sold me a dress that doesn’t fit. I feel like I was in a vulnerable position looking at wedding dresses alone with no knowledge of wedding dresses, and I feel like I was used for my wallet, and I hope no girl goes through this...
