Rideologie is amazing! Rideologie is responsible for actually getting me to work out multiple times a week and enjoy it.
Have I ever had fun at the gym? No, the gym is boring at best. Would I ever go for a run? No, never ever ever ever. Has anyone ever accused me of being "athletic"? Hard no.
Rideologie classes are great if you want to get a great workout, even you aren't a "fitness person." The 45 minutes really do fly by. As someone who has always lacked endurance, strength, and any shred of athletic ability, I really thought I would never enjoy working out. Rideologie is something I actually look for forward to, and I get a great workout.
(Disclaimer: There are clearly a lot of fitness people that also love the classes. They can write their own review.)
The music, lights, and energy of the class create a great environment - watch out, Club Elevate. Everyone is very positive and nonjudgmental. It's easy to have your own workout, while still following along with an instructor for motivation and instruction. Many of the instructors are great at making the class a full body workout with core exercises, weights, and push-ups on the bikes.
If you have also paid for a gym membership only to never use it, you'll love that you can buy sets of classes, and they never expire. There is no membership, and your first class is free!
The staff is also so helpful and friendly, especially Ali and Danielle. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and create a sense of community at the studio.
The studio is clean and classy - it feels more like a salon than a spin studio. I always feel welcome and they have everything you need to work out - shoes, lockers, water bottle filling station, hair ties, and mints! (Okay, you don't need mints to workout, but it's an added perk).

March 2025: they were out of my shoe size so I opted to go smaller, realized they were gonna be too tight 5 minutes into class so I hopped back out to go up a size but everyone after me got all the next 3 size up… I said don’t worry about it, just give me the other style of shoe and I’ll loosen the straps! The girl did what I asked but as I was putting them on she OFFERED ME HER PERSONAL EXTRAS. I tried to decline but she insisted and it was so unexpected and so nice of her. She did NOT need to do that and it absolutely quelled my anxieties of spending the money on buying my own pair. It absolutely changed my ride for the better! I believe the studio does bulk orders every couple months if you contact them in advance
January 2025: love love coming here! First few times were rough, learned to never go during your period blah days or you’ll die & don’t go more than 2 weeks without going or you’ll be regretting it. Madison & Anya are amazing and I’ve loved almost every other class as well. 9 months later and it’s still fun! - pre work out or chugging a coffee is...
Read moreMy friends and I have been going to rideologie for 2 years, had parties here and have grown to love the classes and instructors. With the new girls working up front the vibe has changed. We were 5 minutes late on a bad weather day and got the rudest attitude from the front desk clerk and were not allowed into the class. It was not a booked out class, no wait list or anybody waiting to take our bikes, so no reason to not let us in. Its not our first time there and we were treated as such. We drive 30minutes to get there when another company is literally 5 minutes down the street. This “new” policy needs to be brought to the customers attention when actually booking online. There is nothing on the website that states a 5 minute late policy. We’ve never been late before so how are we supposed to know we are not allowed in? It’s really frustrating when you genuinely enjoy a company and their service but when you start hiring people who don’t care and treat LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS like that. Never were we treated this way when Dani was working...
