I’ve never left a review before in my life but the workers here were so rude and nasty I felt the need to share. I was the only one in there as 5 of the workers were gathered around at the front register chatting and hanging out. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. One of the girls eventually approached me as slowly as possible and glaring at me the whole time as she put on her gloves acting as if I had no business being there. I politely asked for a quesadilla and she told me that I can only do that if it’s a mobile order, that’s fine I had no idea since I only ever order a quesadilla and have never had a problem so this was news to me. I looked it up later online and they said it’s because the lines are too busy for them to spend the time making them, but I was the only one in there and they were clearly overstaffed, who knew it would be such an ordeal! But I told her that’s totally fine and ordered a bowl instead. The whole time as she begrudgingly assembled the bowl she acted super snappy and viscous about making it. The whole interaction was super uncomfortable. I consider myself extremely patient, kind and understanding as I work in the food service industry myself. I’ve only ever tipped 20+% and I’m a very easy going customer. I don’t feel I deserved that kind of anger and hostility and will never be returning to this location. Read moreDON'T ORDER ONLINE! We placed an order through their website for 11 people for a company lunch and the food never came despite a promised delivery time. When I called them half hour after the promised time they said that the third party who delivers never showed and there's nothing they can do about it. They also said that our food had been made an entire hour ago and was just sitting there waiting. I said I could send someone to pick up the order (despite the fact that I had already paid the delivery fee and tip) but asked if they could re-make the food fresh since it wasn't our fault that the delivery never happened and I wasn't the one who selected the third party or even knew they used one. They said no, food is fine to sit out for a while... this from the company that had a horrible e-coli break out, suddenly it all makes sense! The kicker was that since we had already paid and they weren't willing to give a refund they I sent one of my employees to pick up the order and when she got there they said that the third party had finally showed up an hour late and they had sent the food with them despite the fact that I had told them to cancel the third party since I was sending someone so that our food didn't sit there any longer. Read moreI have been avoiding writing this review for a while due to how much I like chipotle, but this restaurant has had poor quality consistently these past couple of weeks. Starting off with customer service- When you go to order it seems that they are rushing you every time(whether there is a line or not), the portions are extremely poor, and they act upset when asked for some more lettuce, pico, etc. I’m not sure if this is because they are overworked or are just poor at customer service. Anytime you go past 9pm all the chairs in the restaurant are put up on the tables which confuses me because it is supposed to be open until 11. Often past 9 as well they don’t have food ready and will ask if you want to wait for basics to be ready(chicken, steak, etc. ). Another big issue is that the guacamole seems to be consistently brown every time i go in. I understand how oxidization works and know this is natural, however it seems that 85% of the other chipotle's i go to manage to keep green guacamole. This is honestly just really disappointing.
