Don't get it twisted: this place does not offer table service, lots of customizations, or a really extensive menu like you'll find at a bigger sit-down place. You come here to get the things that are on the menu, and it's in a food hall so you go sit and don't really interact with wait staff.
But if you come in with that expectation, I think the ramen here is delicious. It's not a super simple dish like you might get at certain more traditional places. This is a more adventurous style, and I really love it. That's not to say the ingredients aren't traditional at all, but they take some more liberties with toppings and with some of their broths, like the curry ramen. But if what you're looking for is a hearty, rich, and savory dish, this hits all the right notes.

Edit based on note from owner. Tosh's ramen was mostly the same but had chashu with much more flavor which made it much more enjoyable. For yakuza, I recommend using different noodles (it's all I could taste), and spending more time on the chashu. And something about the soup itself. It doesn't seem quite right...
