This was my fave fast food joint as a kid!
We're not made of money, so if my kids & I treat ourselves to a meal that costs more than ¢50 each, it's a special occasion.
I promised my lil guy a mama-son date. We pulled up to the drive thru. A lady barked, "Whatchu want?" I replied, "Hi, how are you today?" dropping an obvious hint that I'm paying so much extra for food because it comes with customer service; we can mutually be appropriately kind. I'm ALWAYS nice to fast food workers after having worked in the industry for a decade.
She replied, "Are you going to order?"
I ignored her rudeness at this point & asked for a double beef & cheddar.
I took a bite & it didn't have cheddar or Arby's sauce. I went back & asked for the cheddar & sauce.
This same lady literally approached me like she was trying to instigate a street fight for me to give her back the sandwich so she could put the sauce on it... AFTER I HAD BITTEN INTO IT. This lady aggressively planned on bringing my bitten sandwich into the public kitchen... GROSS! She had no clue what it had or had not touched in my car, nor if I had a communicable disease.
I told her she can just give me the sauce I bought. She tried to argue with me 2-3x more before I decided she was too dense to recognize kindness. I informed her that bringing my bitten sandwich back into the kitchen was an illegal health code violation. She argued with me AGAIN that it was not a health code violation... Is she serious!? The whole experience was thoroughly nauseating. Please find someone that has a clue to take...
Read moreI used to love this location until today Friday June 2 2023 at 3:55 pm horrible attitudes from the drive threw window I asked for extra cheese and they did not listen gave me regular cheese and charge me extra the manager came with attitude fighting wit me telling me they did put extra cheese I told them half the bun doesn't even have cheese how is that extra cheese? Dry bread unbelievable to fight with a customer and treat me poorly like I didn't pay money for my meal the least they can do is do it right then they come back and say they will make a new one big mistake they gave me another one and I can tell the microwaved it for like 5 mins because it was boiling hot wen I open it and wen I open it it had a piece of lettuce in it gross who puts a piece of lettuce in the French dip sandwich they wanted to be maliceful with me is sick how can people treat other people this way and to think I was a regular here never again !!!!!!! Read more(April 2025) Undercooked fries, undercooked chicken, and food I cannot eat. That's what I get for trying this location again.
There wasn't anybody else in line either; there's no reason why the food needed to be rushed in such a manner; I get it, fast food restaurants have a metric they need to meet with serving food to their customers, but this was just bad. I had to throw away my entire sandwich.
Stuff like this didn't happen under the previous store manager, but they retired a few years back. (1 star.)
(July 2021) I wanted Arby's but was not near any other locations, so I ordered here. And wow, the person taking the orders in drive-thru was rude. Didn't sound friendly at all, was a bit angry, and didn't say the word "Arby's" at any point when talking to me over the drive-thru speaker. I mean, there are a few good people at this location, but I guess I'm not there when they are working. It's a shame that these have been the recent events at this location. (1 star.)
(May 2021) Tired of this location filling my drinks with too much ice and almost never serving me fresh cooked chicken or fries.
Guess I shall be going to other locations if I want...
