Nice atmosphere. Cafeteria style serving. The food was actually cold when we came so the flavor wasn't the best. The brisket has good texture and bbq sauce is ok. Rice and hash browns have good flavor but were not fresh and a little hard. Chicken was fresh and juicy and goes well with bbq. Potato salad was good. Probably best to try on a busy day.

The staff is so friendly! It's a must!!! The food is great! I don't know why, but it tastes really fresh! It's an old establishment for a reason! You need to go and enjoy! A San Antonio staple!

Great BBQ and very nice workers. The pecan pie was delicious and the sweet iced tea had free refills. The art on the walls was really cool! A steady flow of customers, this is a popular spot!

Bill Miller's offered standard fare at prices that are a tiny high for what you get. If you were getting fall apart smoked brisket that was juicy and tender, it would be something to remember.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and area just great. They do a great job of keeping the tables clean and the food stocked and are always ready to get you whatever you want.

I'm sorry that people getting off the bus for the first time or attending a convention in San Antonio think that this represents a good barbecue place in San Antonio. It is really passable BBQ but does nothing to make San Antonio proud. It's really cafeteria grade barbecue. It's just not comparable to Rudy's or The Pigpen, Burnood68, etc. It does provide a service to the downtown businesses and tourists walking by during conventions.

The fried chicken, the cream corn, the pie, and many other things give a great representation of good food here locally. I must say the fried chicken is crispy and good, but the white meat is consistently cooked to be completely dry.

The breakfast tacos are nice but expensive compared to most local places. Paying anything over $2 is quite high unless it's a fajita taco or...

COME FOR THE FOOD, STAY FOR THE PARTY. Although BM has good breakfast takos, this is primarily a rating of the Bill Miller Afterhours experience. I have to say, after a year of coming here, Bill Miller Afterhours is the premiere afterhours social club in DTSA. You've got the regulars who, if you're nice to, might share from their "party stash." But you've also got wanderlusters from the nearby Greyhound, whose presence is a delightful wild card. I liked their themed nights. For example, Booze n' Cruise Night is great for the BMX set. Fight Club Night is a little too aggro for me, but folks seem to get into it. Opioid Night seems to be the most relaxing for most folks. To emphasize the communal nature of Bill Miller Afterhours, the cops will show up to provide strobe lighting. Since they show up rarely, it is a special treat, and I recommend you refresh your Twitter feeds to get the...

I go to five locations. They’re meat is delicious but the service in the sense of listening is none existent at best . I do eat healthy but mostly ask for a chicken sandwich dru ( no sauce ) due to the sauce used most likely allergic to some ingredient in the sauce so has to be without it . No joke , 8-10 times order is wrong , either given a meal , mixed meat and/ sauce in the sandwich which inedible. At first glance looks like no sauce , once open sandwich , sauce alright . I’ve emailed letters , talkede to corporate office three times to area managers, same thing . The people taking the orders rush you and cut you off assuming they know what you want. Even with a screen of your order to show you what still get it wrong . I’ve counted 28 times and it must be close to 50 times order is wrong ( no joke ). Food is good , quality / integrity of service .....
