Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in San Antonio

For me this is The Chicken chicken sandwhich! It is also souly responsible for the downfal of a trying to be a conscientiou, hip, vegan, college student. Said student after being at the mall and smelling the succulentl, all white breast from the chicken that was deeply frying in the perfect oil, coated in a beautiful combination of flour, spices, herbs and (dare I say it?) possibly a pinch of sugar. By the time The Chicken was sizzling and had a crispy golden batter the student found himself withoit thought had lined up and waited. Next the sandwich was then placed on a buttered bun topped with a delicate slice of pickle and served to the now nonvegan happier, less grouchy more energetic college student! This girl appriciated a more pleasant brother by the way! Now to review this location. It was a mad world oit there that day and we had no sucess gaining access at an earlier location. Here we encountered that the line blocked part of 410 access road and we had preform some death defying moves to enter the parking lot and prayed as the SUVs loamed over us that no screaming child was distracting the driver's of such oversized vehicles. These behemoth's are large enough to house a small Irish family, if one can be found, and they would say its roomier than their Dublun row house. Now this isnt being bad I am part Irish meself and have 4 of my own ye know. But O degress so we pulled up at curbside pickup and didn't have long to wait when a hurried yet friendly girl delivered our food. It was hot and was suoer fresh and did not disappoint even after being elevated in my senses as the best chicken sandwich in the world! So I encourage you to try one if you have never and ypu can count on this location...

I usually don't rate chains, and especially chains that are consistently excellent. However, this location stood out and I felt like I needed to tell someone. I can safely say every single Chick-fil-A I have been to displays kindness, patience, courteousness, and helpfulness. These qualities did not apply to this evening. The drive through made us feel like we were an inconvenience, pushing us through as quickly as possible without a greeting, clarifying questions, or reading orders back. Any questions we asked were met with auctioneer type speed and then "what else?" If the line was crazy long, I'd understand. However, both lines were open, and there were only 2 cars waiting to be waited on. We got to the window and realized we didn't give any requests for sauces. I made sure we asked at the window. The lady at the window did not ask how many, and just chunked some in the bag. When I took the bag to check how many, she appeared very annoyed and handed me my drink. I wasn't even sure if that was the full order. At this point I had realized she hadn't said a word to me since I pulled up, greeted her, and asked for sauces. I said thank you for your help, and still no response. The food as normal was great and high quality. So, I'm definitely not knocking that. It was probably an off night, but...wow. An off night sure stands out at...

Went through the drive thru one morning for breakfast at around 8am. Had some extra time before heading to work to pick up breakfast. Heard chick fila has great breakfast menu items. So figured I'd check it out. Pulled up to a empty drive thru wasn't sure they were open, no one greeted me at the speakers box, once someone came on they took my order, seemingly sounding annoyed, which surprised me. Because every chick fila I've been to employees have always been super nice and friendly. Got my food fast, when to work and my breakfast muffin was burnt, it making the whole sandwich tasting burnt, even on the side that wasn't. Sadly it ruined it for me, couldn't eat it. I know things happen sometimes and we all have off days. I hope the staff that morning had better days after that day. I know that's not the chick fila standard, I forgive them and hope it got better for them. We are...
