Perfect 10 Mens Club — Restaurant in San Antonio

July 25, 2023 Customer service at the front door gets an well deserved F . Upon approaching the entrance the black security guard started addressing to me : " Hands up to pat you down"...without any greetings nor asking me if i agree to search and seizure activity. I then asked him why he is not asking me for permission prior to searching me even though it is private property. I was then told : quote "Get outta here right now" without any explanation why he just decided that because of my legitimate reasonable question. Obviously his Ego was more important than the establishment making money. I was not disrespectful nor loud or nothing like that just curious about his extremely uninviting unprofessional approach which definitely leads to loss of money for Perfect 10 establishment and a bitter experience for the potential customers. I would like to stress the fact that i did not refused the safety pat down just asking the security why not asking for permission first which led to his unwarranted outburst and revealing lack of customer service and knowledge to keep customers happy! Also the front door employee that was checking identification did not help a bit not making the slightest effort to rectify the situation but also categorized me like some "low life" that needs to leave the property and placing himself in front of the door ordering me to leave the property! That's how this business management operates and makes first impression? not so memorable experience at all !!! I recommend asap customer service training and review for both employees in cause and also reminding them that WE the customers are more important than their huge egos. Customers are generating their salaries and we deserve better service and respect daily. Drop your egos guys and be more approachable and inviting as opposed to ordering customers to leave property just because they are asking simple questions. I really appreciate and hope that the higher management will take in consideration my bitter experience and concern and take a swift stance to rectify and prevent further issues like this from reoccurring driving customers to spend their money somewhere else ! Their sign has said "Thursday $3.99 steak and fries" for at least 5 months. When we showed up on Thursday night at 8pm and asked the woman at the register if they were still serving the steak and fries, they said yes, it's served till 10pm. We then paid the $20 for the two of us to enter, sat down, and asked for menus. The steak and fries were listed as $9.99 and when I asked about the special, I was first told by the waitress the sign is broken and it's now $4.99, then she came back from the kitchen and said it's $9.99. I went back to the woman at the register to ask about the discrepancy and she left to go find out, returning and saying the special is only till 7pm, even though the sign says nothing about that. I asked for a refund for our entry since they falsely advertised their services, and the bouncer said there are no refunds. Basically they are a bunch of liars and scam artists and have no intentions of fixing their "broken sign" and just want to rip people off. GO...

My friends treated me for my Bachelor party and I had the absolute best time! It was my first visit to a gentleman's club and it will surely be the best. All the women lived up to clubs name and then some. It was hard to choose who to get a dance with. Huge shoutout to Eve and Nat!! Both are two of the most beautiful vixens I have ever had the pleasure to spend time with. When I laid eyes on them I knew I had to get dance from them and I am so glad I did! Both were so kind and amazing! Nat was my first dance ever and she helped make it one to remember. Eve is so kind and so passionate, very passionate, and she provided me with another unforgettable dance. A final shoutout to the petite beautiful women with dark curly hair and braces, if I ever come back I hope you're still there! I left that night with some regrets I wish to amend.
