There have been times when I go to Freebirds and there is a line of 10 or more people with two people working up front and other times where there is nobody in line with three people working up front. There are some employees you can tell are not trained to roll the burritos and there are others that are great at what they do and listen to you. So its a toss up with the customer service. I really feel that they need to make sure everybody is on the same page with their staff.

The food on the other hand is WONDERFUL. I really enjoying coming to free birds. I have tasted a slight decrease in the quality of their food, but overall they are better than Chipolte. The spices of their Dark chicken is fantastic. I know its simple food that I could make at home, but the value or cost of their food matches their quality and that's all that matters.

The only time I had a bad experience is when I had to wait in line for 20 minutes because the line was 15+ people and there were two kids maning the line and one was extremely slow rolling the burritos he had to restart on almost every Burrito. I tried Freebirds for the first time today and it did not disappoint me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the staff. - the only thing I do regret about my visit is not taking the staff’s names who assisted me to give them a huge shout out for their amazing customer service. As I was browsing the menu, the young man that assisted me was very patient and gave me time to browse the menu with no rush. - I let him know it was my first time trying Freebirds and I asked him if it was better than Chipotle?- He said it was, without hesitation, and not because he worked there but because he genuinely thought it was. He gave me some of his fave recommendations on proteins and I went with it. The second young lady perhaps (mid 20’s early 30’s very short “blond hair”?) who also assisted me was also wonderful. She suggested some of her favorite sauces, and she also recommended adding the roasted garlic seasoning which tasted delish on my bowl. To top it off since it was my first time being their she gave me some free chips and queso on the house. - Gosh, what a way to win a customer! Lol.
