Completely INCOMPETENT and ZERO customer service at the Louis Vuitton Saks 5th Ave San Antonio location. I purchased a handbag from this store while I was in town for a few days. The color that I wanted was not in stock, so Lilyann said that it could be ordered and shipped. I placed the order and provided her the address that I needed it shipped to. I continued to check my email for any updates and never received anything. After many attempts to contact the store failed, I was able to contact Louis Vuitton customer service and they provided me a tracking number. The tracking number showed that the bag was being sent to the store rather than the address I provided. I tried contacting the store to find out why it was being shipped there, but once again that proved impossible. Luckily the tracking number showed that it would be delivered the day before I had to leave. As inconvenient as it was, I was able to pick up my order on my way out of town. Though, I would like to point out that I never received any type of notification that it had arrived. If not for being proactive and obtaining the tracking number on my own, I would not have known it was in and I would have left expecting it to be sent to my location. To continue this ordeal, I provided my receipt to Misook to pickup my order and she took it to the back and returned with the handbag I ordered. She packed it up nicely and handed me the bag. I asked her for my receipt back and she told me that it would be emailed to me. Once again, I’m left looking for an email that never arrives. At this point, I am no longer in San Antonio.....or Texas for that matter. I’m left with only the option of calling the store to check the status of my receipt. As before, it was impossible to get someone at that section of the store to answer. So I called Saks handbag section and was informed that Louis Vuitton would NOT be answering any calls and I would need to come in person to speak them. WHAT?!? How can you provide this type of...

I arrived at noon on Sunday July 18th, as I walked up to the "exit" an associate from this store was letting another client enter the store through the "exit". The associate began to ask if I was with the client she just let enter through the "exit". I replied no and she informed me that I then needed to go around to the entrance and wait in line to be seen by another associate. I replied "why was she allowed to enter through the "exit"? She replied "Yes she wasn't supposed to and someone else will be with you shortly. Seeing I was there only other client in line and there were 4 sales associates in the store. I didn't think I would receive the service I did. I hope whoever goes here, "looks" the part if not good luck with your trip to this location. After I was done shopping I walked out of the "entrance". Which made no sense after the associate insisted I could not "enter" the store through the "exit" but allowed to "exit" through the "entrance." Read moreI love the products I bought today but I was also very disappointed. This was my very first in store purchase and had high expectations as this brand is luxury and pricey. I had seen many pictures online that just looked beautiful. Packaging. Dustbags etc. I don't mean to be rude but the client adviser that rang me up did not look professional and put together and when I asked if they had any other earrings than the ones in the show case the client adviser went to the back and brought a pair out ( I did buy them ) and just held them up in a plastic bag and didn't really know about them and I felt like they acted like they didn't want to be there. I was so excited to get to my car and open everything up. My items were not wrapped beautifully. The blue ribbon was backwards so the LV logo was not even facing so you could see it. And my bandeau I bought was just wadded up in a ball and thrown in a box. No Dustbag or folding etc. I feel terrible writing this review but I had high expectations and got my hopes up. You would think if you spent a large amount of money in their store they would be amazing...
