Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Antonio

It's been a while since I last dined here. Today's visit will make me think twice about ever returning. I ordered a bowl of Carnitas over rice and beans with heaping scoop of guacamole on top. As I lifted the fork with food, I noticed long Strands of Hair from the food on the fork unraveling portions of the meat and guacamole on the plate. It was so disgusting I wanted to vomit! I waited for the cashier to finish with a customer then calmly showed her the problem and asked to have my card credited for the meal. A couple other young women from behind the line showed up. The 4' 10" or so cashier wearing a baseball hat with thick glasses told the other two: "he said, the hair was in the food, and I don't remember seeing it there when I rang him up, and now he wants money returned to card." One of the gals said, do it. I took off my hat off and said, I can assure you those hairs are not mine, as I showed them my shaven head. I never recieved an applology or reassurance that they would bother checking food behind serving line for hair, or did they bother to ensure their ratty hair was readjusted underneath their caps. Unbelievable!!! I felt like I had trusted what I believed was a trusted institution, and instead I was eating food prepared and served by unsupervised, careless, unprofessional, unwitting kids!

PS. I just noticed a few other reviews that illustrate similar problems...hair in food, pictures of ROACHES and unwittingly / uncaring responses. NO, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS UNSANITARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. PSS. Where the heck is the owner or manager...

Last visit to this location. Another reviewer posted a picture with a roach inside! They tried to charge me extra for salsa. they called it a side lol. They expected me to eat the taco plain which makes no sense. I go to chipotles twice a week and this one I had to settle for soft tacos and food wasn't even good. The guy actually removed some of the meat from my taco to make it less. You can tell the owner is incredibly stingy and treats employees poorly. The service here made me uncomfortable this location isn't worth paying for and in general just has a bad mood. My tacos weren't even good and they wanted almost $8 for them. Usually enjoy my visits to chipotle but this location is stingy and weird. I felt uncomfortable to even refill my drink like I was being watched 😆 the guy said people were trying to scam them for extra food lol. So now people are expected to eat tacos plain? How is paying $6 for 2 tacos scamming anybody that's about the price of a taco anywhere. How is a sprinkle of lettuce or a salsa justifying of $2? I order my food this way to watch my weight. Couldn't even enjoy a diet coke soda was all flat. This being one of the most obese cities in texas yall should stop trying to force people to spend extra on food they don't need. The staff there was very pushy. It seemed like a military lunch scene. The first girl I had contact with actually she was the only one from start to finish was very pushy. Didn’t give me chance to give my full order kept interrupting me and was rushing people. We were shoulder to shoulder and she kept on taking the next person to order and taking I’m asking questions we have no idea who is she talking to? Second of all for the price that they charge it would be nice to get a full spoon of rice, a full spoon of beans, a full spoon of protein. But that would be too much to ask for it was half a spoon of everything and before I couldn’t say anything, she was talking to the next person Lousy experience, this girl is the one who has a tattoo on her neck, tattoos up and down her And it was a joke. I would never go back to that location again. Again for the amount of money that they charge you figure you get a full spoon of rice beans, and protein I just want to taco cabana at least they listen and talk to you about the order and you probably got more food too. Table with sticky the counters with the drink, drinks or server sticky tables were dirty. It was a joke. It really was a joke. Stay away from the chipotle at Park North not worth your time certainly not...
