If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. I ordered a large pepperoni, cheese bread, a 2L Pepsi and marinara sauce. When I got home and started to chop up a slice for my toddler, I saw something that looked like a hair on the pizza. It was, about 3 inches long to be more specific. After that, there was no way I was going to eat it. I called to get a refund as I was tossing it all out. They refused to give me a refund over the phone. They said I'd have to return to the store to get some of the items charged because they could only refund the pizza. I suggested that it was better for their business to go ahead and refund it over the phone. Knowing about business and how refunds work, I know it was possible to do it over the phone, even if it was just a refund for the pizza alone and not the other items. Shane and Joey (managers) refused. They preferred to have a dissatisfied customer at their store saying out loud there was hair on the pizza. They also refused to give me their boss' name and even the owners name due to a said policy. For a fact, I could look up the info myself and locate the owner. I finally left my toddler with my husband eating her dinner I fixed up while on the phone with these managers, and returned the order. When I arrived, they still only wanted to refund the pizza. I brought all items including the Pepsi and told Shane, I'm bringing all your items back, so I expect a full refund. He didn't need to see my card, didn't ask to see the hair, and just needed the name to make the refund (All could've been done over the phone). Over 15 minutes later, I saw at least 2 customers, who came in after me & also placed counter orders, leave before me with the same items I had ordered. Another customer asked about the status of her order as well as mine, when this "Alex" person (female) comes out from the back with a really bad attutude & rude tone asking what the problem was. The other customer said that she was just making sure our orders were being worked on. "Alex" said, "Oh, they are being worked on" & started walking away while the customer was still talking. One of the young ladies who was working the counter came out to explain what the delay was & that is when I stated that at least 2 customers left with the same orders & they came in after me. She could not explain what happened & offered to cancel my order & refund my money but I said no & I still wanted my order...and I want her name (pointing at the person who was later identified as Alex). "Alex" then replied, "Oh, I'll write it on your receipt" with the continued attutude & rude tone. To which I responded in the same manner, "Be sure that you do." She then said, "Oh, I will!" The store was full of customers waiting for their orders who witnessed all of this. I just don't understand how someone with such horrible customer service skills is working there. My hope is that she (Alex) is at least reprimanded for her actions & taught how to properly treat customers.    Read moreI ordered 3 pizza one order of crazy bread and 2 garlic sauces. I still dont know what happened with my order but it was flat out nasty every single one of them. The pizza was for my daughter her 2 friend and my wife and I and one of the moms. We all tried about 2 bites and that was it. I tried calling on that day but couldnt get through.. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.. More than whatever when wrong with the food that day was the disrespect I received when I call Tuesday Sept 7 2021 4:40pm in speaking with "Alex" who claimed to be the manager..He attidude was acusatory if you will that somehow I was trying to scam Little Caesar out of a pizza or money...Alex refused to provide me his last name but was asking if the pizza was bad how come you didnt call earlier and wanting me to provide picture proof. I could not get and explanation by way of perhaps a different sauce or dough wrong temperature or whatever as the root cause of the taste issue. He defense was "if the pizzas was so bad why did we not get more complaints for that day" I finally asked just for my money back. He wanted to remake the order I told him this was for a sleep over it would not be something we would need for a while and that it still did not answer the question..But even then wanted photo proof.
