This restaurant is closest to my house & I go out of my way to avoid this location. Whether you go inside or through the drive thru, they are ALWAYS extremely slow; even if there is no line. Typical wait time in drive thru is 15+ mins.There's usually 2/3 cars that drive off, because the wait time is so long. Then when you get to the window to retrieve your food, the employees try to get rid of you as fast as they can. Then when you get home which is only less than 5 mins away, your food is cold & old. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt & I had the worst experience that I have ever had from any restaurant. It happened last year I know that for a fact. The manager & McDonald's tried to give me free food, but all I wanted was for them to retrain they're employees. So here's what happened. We placed an order of 3 mcribs and 3 small fries. Woman cashier handed me a bag. As I drove off I checked the bag and there was only 1 mcrib in the bag, nothing else. I drove back around in the drive thru to get the rest of my order, waited 5 mins. When the woman cashier opened the window she sees me and immediately says "what's wrong?". I tell her I didn't get my whole order. She looks for another bag and hands it to me. It's yet another bag with just 1 mcrib. This time I wait at the window for her to come back. As I waited 3 employees see me at the window, just stared and walk away. The same woman cashier who had been helping me sees me at the window still and doesn't acknowledge me. She messed with the straws, took sips of her coffee, looked at me once more and took another sip of her coffee before opening the window and rudely saying "what's wrong now???". I hand her my receipt and tell her I still haven't gotten my order. She takes the bags from me and blames it on her co-workers. After a minute or two she hands me a heavier bag. I thank her and drive off. I get home to notice i only got 2 mcribs and 2 small fries. My receipt and order was not difficult to require this much effort. Read moreThis is our go to McDonald's when we're within a 10 mile radius. I've never really had problems at his location, until yesterday night. We stopped by to get french fries for our toddler, as we do almost every night, taking a quick "break" from doing Uber eats. Instead of the usual pleasant stop here, the older lady was very rude. I ordered a hamburger with only onions. It ended up having pretty much everything on the burger other than onions. We had to cancel an Uber delivery we had just accepted to drive back to McDonald's to get the correct burger. Also the large french fries we received were 1/3 full. Our toddler was not going for that, lol. We're kindly telling the employee on the speaker that we were just there and the burger was supposed to have only onions etc etc. We were about to mention the fries to her, but she cuts us off and just says "pull up to 2nd window." We get to the window, and she's just like "you didn't tell me about the fries only the burger." We weren't able to because she cut us off. She's going on for about 5 minutes just repeatedly telling us that we got a large fry. I don't think she understands that customer service is not arguing with customers, but making sure the customers leave satisfied. She could have also just been having a bad day, I'm not sure. My husband and I waiting in a long line to order our food, paid and got our food, we decided to sit in the parking lot to eat while it was hot. We ordered 10pc ckn nugget meal large and a crispy ckn sandwich meal large, paid for our food got it and parked. We opened the bag and we were given a small fry order and a med fry order plus no napkins or ketchup we asked for. Went back in line ( both lanes had longer lines by this time ) and l explained what happened, woman taking the order made it seem like it was my fault and when l asked xan someone just please come outside to fix the order she said what sounded like to us that she didnt have time for that and we had to wait in a long line again. By the time we got up to the 2nd window, our food was already cold and my husband had already finished his drink . They at least gave us fresh fries but when l asked for a refill for my husband, the lady rolled her eyes abd said we don't do that and l said not even if the customer was inconvenienced? She grabbed whatever was there on the counter and handed it to me then wouldn't give me back my receipt when l asked for it. We think they kept it so we could not call customer service to complain.
